Very good and nice

Staff was never rude or impolite, but they were never helpful or friendly. Noone, including concierge, would tell us where anything was, what amenities were available, or provided recommendations. The chairs at the pool are free, but beach chairs are $15 a day, and are literally broken and disgusting. For $5/day, you can purchase a cushion to put on the chair with broken pieces. The description leads to believe these were included with the resort fees. They had jet skis available to rent, pricey, but on site was nice. The staff on the other hand was not. They were all teenagers/young adults with stuck up attitudes and no desire to answer questions or talk to you. The restaurant was the most expensive I've seen with a limited menu. The bar automatically charged gratuity, so 2 drinks cost $36. We ended up going next door to the other hotel with a restaurant and bar that had much better vibes and options. This restaurant rarely had people at it. Everything else was okay, but the pictures do not match what you actually get. It wasn't the worst hotel or experience, but I wouldn't recommend or return.

Restaurant was sub par. Opened 8- 3 every day. Menu limited and prices were very high. Quality was poor. Breakfast/ Omelettes were dry. Only had white & whole wheat bread and only got one piece. Lunch was ok. Ordered an ice tea with lemon, they had none or limes either. It’s Florida, why don’t you have lemons or limes?? Tiki bar was drab. If you want a great meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night snack and great drinks go to the Tiki bar & Cafe at the Ocean Moon right next door. Every meal we had was fantastic! And they have great music!!We had dinner at the Italian restaurant inside and it was an amazing meal with amazing service.

Heavily edited photos, made the resort look nicer than it was. Was surprised once arriving how rough the building and place looked. Early check in is $60. Valet/Parking is $25 a night and excessive (Valet is run by independent company), lobby was very nice. 1st room we had, the door was completely jammed shut, paint chips fell on us when we opened it. Room was very humid and dam, balcony seems very dangerous, especially for kids, easy for them to climb on something and climb over railing. Shower doesn't have a shower door. When we stayed in room for an hour, we went to leave, and the door had fully jammed shut, so we had to move to another room. Then the other room smelled like marijuana from previous person. Front desk not the friendliest. Pool was very cloudy. Beach was also pretty dirty, lots of cigarettes and bottle caps everywhere. Would not be coming back here

I just stayed at Ocean Sky hotel 24 July 2026 before my cruise. The staff members were very kind and helpful, I felt like they truly wanted me there, so friendly.The room was clean and the Ocean view from my patio was relaxing. We did go to the beach, it's right there, fresh towels and beverages and lawn chairs and friendly staff members greeting you. What a way to start a cruise but to stay at a nice hotel before cruising. Highly recommend Ocean Sky Resort hotel.

The pool was disappointing. The water was very cloudy. You could not see your feet which is what I am accustomed to in pools. Also there was no reprieve from the sun. The only thing available was umbrella, chair and cushions for rent for $65 a day which is ridiculous!

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was impeccable, the facilities were very comfortable and the atmosphere very pleasant. What stood out the most was the attention of the staff: they were always very attentive, friendly and willing to help with a smile. Without a doubt, it was an excellent experience and we would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel right on the beach. If you want to spend your days at beach and pool this is a great hotel and very economical.

The room had a strange smell, and the AC was not working properly.

Great hotel and wonderful location.

The resort was really nice the pool was clean as well as the beach area. The food and drinks were good as well. Now the only thing that I didn’t like about the resort is that none of the rooms has a microwave in them and everyone has to share two microwaves in the entire building also the refrigerator didn’t work in my room at all

The staff was amazing. The place was clean the pool and hot tub. Very nice. I’ve stayed here several times already. Always excellent.
