Ocean Beach Palace Hotel and Suites

Room clean❤️ all the time

The only problem I had was staff at the front desk was telling me that in order for my room to be clean and get clean towels. I had to request for my room to be clean that very rude hotel policy.

Excellent stay. Staff was fantastic. Has a really fun vibe. Would stay again.

Breakfast in the morning was nice and super friendly girl keeping breakfast area nice Super friendly front desk staff and very helpful Pools were nice to cool off from summer heat. Elevator was nice to get to second floor with luggage and baby stroller Across from hotel was mc Donald’s and good Italian restaurant and gift shop

I really enjoyed my stay. Very clean room with nice view of the pool. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Safe. And friendly helpful staff. I would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Our stay was great as always! We normally stay at Ocean Beach Palace every year as we like the suite 1 BR that offers the sliding door to separate the two bedrooms.

The property was nice even though it's not exactly what I expected. The room was clean and they even decorated my bed all special for my birthday. The staff was absolutely amazing. I would definitely go back.

The outside of the hotel looks very dated and run down. However, when we stepped into the rooms, they were updated, spacious, and very clean. On a hot FL day, the blasting AC when you opened the door was very welcoming. The pool we visited on the side of the property was very clean w plenty of seating. The beach is a good walk. If you had small children, I wouldn't bother. We visited during a time of an algae explosion is the only word I can use. The hotel did post the health hazard associated with it so we chose the pool instead. We did Uber to Target and the Mall about a ten minute drive away. We also found a FANTASTIC local restaurant to eat Mexican at. The name is in an attached photo.

The rooms were clean and updated but the outside could use some updating. Overall nice stay and would consider again.

It's a very beautiful place and outdoor space is clean and spacious. I had a bad experience with the supervisor being racist but other than that it was a great value

Room was clean and well air conditioned. Basic breakfast

The place is old and ugly,but you lose your money if you cancel. So disappointed when we got there. The room smells bad,the tray on top of the fridge had cigar ash,we couldn't get breakfast because the machine was broken and we saw homeless on the parking 2 times. Not feeling safe because is open to the street and not security at all. People complaining on the lobby because it's not what you see on the web. Looks like a cheap motel. Worst experience. We have to ask for clean towels on the lobby before 12 pm.The good thing was that you can use the next door hotel pool that is better. The location and staff is good.

Great place to stay

The place is perfecto, clean, confortable room, pool clean and safe, personal better. I enyoy this place.

Hotel is not what was displayed there is 2 different hotels one is ran down and the other is maintained. Bathroom was nasty not cleaned at all, sheets had hair in bed was not changed. I asked for towels and no towels until later that day. Was double charged just to change hotels because they had me at the run down hotel where it seem people where actually living there’s this was a disaster coming from out of the country . Please plan ahead if you plan on staying here. Also there was a man at 2am who was covered in blood from head to toe in front of my door screaming cursing and a women crying hysterically no one took accountability of the situation no one from the front desk after being alerted came up and said anything once 921 was called. Horrible stay and never again

I actually like this place. I will be back
