Beach Gardens A North Beach Village Resort Hotel

Great value for money A big menacing looking iguana

Exceptional

The location, the staff and the comfort of the room. Everything was amazing. The light from outside the room was too bright for my liking, and the curtain wasn't strong enough to block it completely.

The location, room, and value were awesome. Josiah was extremely efficient, helpful and professional.

Great rooms and great value. Nothing I can think of.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The room was quiet and comfortable.

Passable

Reasonable location Bit tired and needing some TLC

Exceptional

Staff very friendly nothing too much hassle for them. The location was perfect and quiet too but close to near by beach. I loved that you could use the other sister hotels if need be but we didn't as our hotel was very quiet and we had the pool to our selves most days The room was small but there was nothing wrong with it, due to my choice.

The community is relatively safe. Why wasn't anyone in the lobby? I waited for a long time before I could check in.

The front desk employees were very friendly and welcoming. Jori upgraded me to a bigger room and provided great customer service at check-in. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette had a good amount of supplies. The AC in the living room was working well. There was a sofa bed in the living room, thankfully, because I had to sleep there all 3 nights. The stay was a reasonable price, which was the main reason I booked there. Unfortunately I had some issues and had to contact for support several times. the AC unit in the bedroom had an error and was not cooling (that's why I slept on the sofa bed in the living room). I let 3 people know all 3 different days I was there, and no one fixed it. The Wifi was basically not working the first day. I had all sorts of trouble connecting, had to call someone over, and still the connection was hit/miss. So the TV wasn't connecting either due to poor wifi. Thankfully the wifi got better for days 2 and 3.
