I have only compliments for the team!!

The bathroom was disgusting and clearly not cleaned to an acceptable hotel standard. We were not provided with any washcloths, and there was barely enough toilet paper for one use with no spare roll available. These are very basic items that should never be overlooked. The balcony was also filthy and unpleasant to use, and the room had a persistent foul odor that made the entire stay uncomfortable. Overall, the room appeared neglected and in serious need of renovation, maintenance, and much better housekeeping. For what guests expect from a hotel stay, the cleanliness and basic room preparation were unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made

Lovely location, number of amenities close by. Pool towels available by the pool. Water taxi stops at the hotel. Pool was basic and there was not a lot of space for sun loungers.

Superb

The hotel and room was clean. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. This is an okay hotel. We were there to visit family so was only there to sleep for the most part. But our toilet was stopped up and we had to get someone to fix it, then it wasn't flushing right and we had to lift the lid get get the water to run and then the water wouldn't stop running. We spoke to the lady as we were leaving and she said they would take care of it and apologized. What the room could use is any menus for the restaurants, coffee station and bar. Also a current TV menu because the TV menu on the TV was not right. Also because they have DIRECTTV when it rain we had nothing to watch.

Hotel was great. We were there for a wedding. Rooms were a great size but need some updating, but overall clean.

The suite we had was very nice and had a view of the ocean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would come back and stay again. Just note that parking is expensive - $50 a day.

The rooms were not that clean. A lot of dust on everything. The hallways smells like an old dirty rug. Everything just seems very outdated.

The room was spacious and the staff was nice Booked a two bedroom suite in a high floor when we arrived we were given a suit in the 4th floor above the dumpsters. Noise all night! Also ac wouldn’t go below 70.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are great. On the water with the water taxis passing by. Parking is very expensive you have to pay 55us and night and the breakfast is 29us a person. I could do without these extra charges!
