It was okay

We used to have a condo there unfortunately there were some issues in the room but the manager did come up and noted them.

Rooms are fantastic with great views is a great place but parking it's overpriced

Somebody stole our handicap sticker Friday night 07/31/2026 out of our car , it was there when we gave the valet men’s our car, we are both disable, he’s a VET and I’m a retired Bus driver, we need that while we was there for homegoing service for my Auntie , very disappointed.

Great Stay, Great Price, Great Staff!

Premièrement, ils ont marqué petit déjeuner c’était vraiment petit, il donne juste un omelette plus loin de la peine avec l’argent, un morceau six dollar deuxièmement il y a une grosse parking puis, il donne pas les clientèle, il demande 55 $ pour une nuit puis ensuite à la rentrée, il demande 700 $ déposit ensuite les le de l’eau, il coule foncé pis, on a juste utilisé les chambres pour coucher, c’est pour ça c’est trop cher je suis désolé mauvaise endroit

This hotel was clean and offered great amenities.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! The staff was amazing specifically Kim at the front desk and all of the bartenders (Serena, Rodrigo…I can’t remember the other two), the valets! The service was impeccable and everyone was so accommodating! The drinks and the food were great! The room was spacious and comfortable. The only note I have is that there was some moisture on the ceiling in the bathroom that looked kind of problematic and you had to jiggle the handle on the toilet to get it to stop running. Outside of that everything was great and I will definitely be back and bringing more people next time!

Access to our room was delayed but explained by management. Room needed a more thorough cleaning. Spacious suite appreciated by all. (NOTE: one shower lacks shower curtain).

Very disappointing for a Hilton.

The staff made the check-in process east. The gentleman that works in the restaurant (I wish I remembered his name) was AWESOME, he was extremely attentive and enhanced the experience.

Breakfast is $30 per person 1/10 for that alone Bar is cook and lobby is nice. My biggest concern that really upset me was. There was never any fresh towels at the pool, after going to the front desk and asking for towels they made me wait 25 minutes. I was told over and over again there coming they kept "calling house keeping" when I asked to speak to the person in charge or can you guys just got get them...they said "no he's busy" to busy for a customer. I'm never one to complain but 25 minutes for towels is not okay. I only got the towels because the manger came out on the phone and I ask him to go get them and he seemed to be so annoyed a customers is asking for help. Not okay put you customer service above everything else

BIGGEST complain and main reason we will not return is there is only valet parking that costs $55 a day. Too much a day especially when there is no other option for parking.

Hallway smelled really bad. Pool had to be closed due to not maintaining it properly with chemicals. Has to ask for what I needed when housekeeping should have stocked room with necessary items such as toilet paper shampoo etc.

Food over priced and not flavorful
