BIGGEST complain and main reason we will not return is there is only valet parking that costs $55 a day. Too much a day especially when there is no other option for parking.
-
Hallway smelled really bad. Pool had to be closed due to not maintaining it properly with chemicals. Has to ask for what I needed when housekeeping should have stocked room with necessary items such as toilet paper shampoo etc.
-
Very nice place, nice personal.
-
Food over priced and not flavorful
-
The hallway and room have strong odor . I had to buy air freshener put in the room. Parking is too expensive.

Was really nice

I've stayed in many Hilton properties, this really disappointed me. What I did like was the good and the staff in the restaurant area.

The hotel is in dire need of a complete refurbishment. Holes in the drywall around the air registers, toilet paper holders. Shower door loose. Furniture worn, along with cabinets in kitchenette. Sliding doors extremely difficult to open and loud. Still the hotel was clean. Common areas with comfortable seating, outdoor patio lovely.

If I could give negative stars, I would. What started off as an inconvenient stay quickly became subpar and quite frankly disgraceful. I go to check in at 11pm on Friday the 26th, only to be told they cancelled my PREPAID reservation and marked me as a “no show” because I didn’t check in the day before. Mind you, the hotel messaged me and I made them aware that I was checking in late because I had an overnight flight, hence the reason I booked the hotel from Thursday the 25th, so I wouldn’t encounter any issues. The less than delightful front desk clerk informed me there were no rooms available and I would have to wait until one was ready… he couldn’t care less about my predicament was anything but apologetic and genuinely seemed annoyed that THEY fumbled. I had no choice but to sit around all jet lagged and wait because we had friends that were also staying in that hotel upon my recommendation. My husband went a couple of times to ask about the status and was met with no sense of urgency to rectify the predicament they left us in. We spent hours until I’ve finally had enough and decided to leave at which point my friend went to ask about our room, a lot more sternly and frustrated and magically a room appeared. I initially decided to stay here because I’ve never had an issue with the Hilton brand and have stayed in multiple properties. Clearly I was duped. This is not a hotel that aligns itself with Hilton.

Ok .older hotel .. good location

I liked everything about the hotel except valet only parking. I feel played. Outside of that, it was a really nice stay.
-
The hotel wasn't well maintained & staff wasn't helpful at all.
-
Bartender Serena was great and made wonderful drinks. Food is very good although a little costly. Front desk Gave us a late checkout of 1pm which was super helpful. And appreciated.
-
Floor was sticky, city view was poor.

I wouldn’t go back unfortunately. Our toilet wasn’t clean. The balcony needs painting and pressure washed along with the clear roof. It had trash thrown on it and needs pressure washing. Painting is needed. Wasn’t told about parking our car on the property so that was a $60 surprise.

I loved the location of this property. We were in walking distance of the beach, Publix and the Galleria. The thing that I didn’t like was when I asked about the shuttle which operating times said 4:00 a.m. the gentleman sitting there said we open at 5:00 a.m. Either the sign should reflect that or a better way to say it would’ve been better. Then the same gentleman said the airport wouldn’t be open until 5:00 AM. When we arrived at 4:05 AM the airport and our departing flight was receiving our bags as well.
