Overall the the room was cleaned but smelled funny, staff was really great & I loved the waterfront. I only stayed for 1 night if I stayed longer I definitely woulda requested a different room because of the smell. I opened the window to the balcony to air it out.

Everything was great We had a suite, very spacious, would have loved a bath as well as a shower but it was fine. We used the restaurant which served a beautiful breakfast. Staff very friendly Only valet parking available which was expensive. Might be better to offer valet and self parking

My husband and I enjoyed our entire stay! The food was great, the staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and it was beautiful!

Location, room size, and vibes.(Welcome cookies were great). Outdated, old smell, and expensive parking.

The hotel was wonderful and we would stay here again. Yhey allowed us early check in as we had just gotten back from our cruise. Breakfast at the Vue on the Water was DELICIOUS! The view from our balcony was amazing. That being said, the pool area is awful. Pool is small, nothing that I would have thought based on the rest of the property. All chairs were torn including cabana cushions. Water was full of bugs. They definitely need a remodel of the pool area.
