Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach

This was a quick getaway with hubby and grandchildren. We had an amazing time. The staff had great customer service and the hotel was very clean. The pool was the highlight of the trip. I will definitely return!

Location and ocean view room

Mold in showers, dirty floors, and unclean toilets.

The front desk and valet attendants were very nice and helpful throughout my whole stay

Near mall

Room was five star with a killer view. Air conditioning not so much. Was 79 in the room when i checked in. Ac couldn't keep up. Was set to 65 by night time was only 74. Never got below 71

Great ocean view from the room. However, rooms need a little uplift.

Overall, we had an amazing stay! The facility is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff is outstanding very helpful. Everyone’s very kind. Everyone speaks, it was a lovely stay from that regard. Do not plan on eating at the restaurant. We were unable to eat there all week each time that we went in. There were some reason why they couldn’t see us or the one time we went in there was only a single person working both the bar and the floor. The bar is open during the day and has access to the pool, which is very nice. Bartenders were amazing. Drinks were OK. There were a couple of Mrs. in the design of the hotel. They really missed out by not putting balconies on this hotel. The view is absolutely amazing and a balcony would have just stepped up this entire experience. The other big mess is that there is no hot tub, which was disappointing, considering the caliber of hotel that it was. The gym is great very very functional in the common areas are very nice and comfortable.

Beach view and clean room

The counter guy that was originally checking us in was horrible! His customer service was nonexistent. He was rude and should never work the front desk for anyone. He should only be allowed to work in areas that did not require customer contact. Luckily the manager was right there and took over without hesitation.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Everything about it was great.

Amazing experience. Was able to get free very early check in and late check out. Our room was amazing. The staff called upstairs to see if we liked our room and if we needed anything. Food was great, location great, pool was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Small weirdly heated pool , but staff was very friendly and accommodating and we felt so safe even as women coming in from being in the nightlife they cared for us so well and it was very very clean and amazing views and location

Could use a bit of a facelift

Beautiful view of the Ocean.

The biggest issue was that the stylish bed was hard as a rock and I did not sleep well at all.

The bathroom need to be more clean
