Property refuses to communicate with me in regards to my refund. I made a reservation for a room and upon arrival I felt extremely uncomfortable with the hotel and its locations and had to purchase another room in a safer location. BUYER BEWARE!!! It's a motel so you get what you pay for but I still wouldn't give it high rating. It was to be expected There was a roach. Made the place feel icky. Also didnt like that I notified the motel of a late arrival time but they kept calling to ask where I was

This hotel is a little outdated but it was clean and we were comfortable..

The outside parking area was well lit, and there were security cameras. This is a very old rundown property not maintained very poor quality

near Gatwick drop off at airport. bfast cold no heat I n room no blanket no collection at airport had to get taxi.

The room itself, though dated, was neat and clean. It was small, but it's exactly as pictured in the photo. Safety is a top concern. The manager entered my room with his own key an hour before checkout-a total invasion of privacy and a threat to my safety. He then went down the row of rooms and did the same to others. One lady was in her pajamas and he chased her out so he oculd clean! NEVER go here if youare a woman traveling alone!

Clean and the price was good for one night. Close to the port, but the area isn't the greatest.

Fridge was loud when the cooling cycle ran which woke us up

I booked this property because of its location and the gentleman who works there was friendly and attentive Unfortunately the room was old and smelly and there was hair on the toilet seat. We took one look and left. No way would we have been able to get into the bed there.

I liked leaving. Very old. Dirty. Foul smell in the bathroom. Black mold growing on shower curtain.

This is an older motel. The room was clean, but dated. The shower was the best part, dated but great pressure. The location if you dont have a car. Towels were in great need of replacement.
