The location and its quiet The staff is very rude, they stereotyped me and my husband! Their accommodation for when wa wanted to rent another night, the husband told us we have to leave out that room that we already were in! I will never rent from them again!

Location It was moldy smelling and the ac did not work in either room the two nights I stayed. I only booked again hoping it was a fluke. but two different nights still no ac.

They cancelled my reservation Whit out a notification, even though I called earlier to let them know I was going to check in late, and when I arrived at 12:30 am Whit my wife and two kids , there was no room available, I will never use that hotel ever, worse experience, bad hotel Everything

I was surprised they held the room. I wasn't overdue, but the weather was horrific. Even when the wind was at its worst, the building and windows held up. Hurricane Milton. Would backup power help? Maybe. But it's expensive unless it's often needed.

Nothing Reserved the room for my son. When he arrived for check in was told he needed 25$ in cash as a deposit. He did not have any money on him. I offered my card to hold as a deposit and was refused. The people at the front desk refused to even speak with me.
