A one night stay away for the weekend. Clean, comfortable just what we needed. Have stayed here before and it’s my go to for Ft Smith

The air conditioning was in the separate area. The sleeping area did not have enough cool air pushed that direction unless you freeze out the person sleeping in the double. Positive...it felt amazing when you entered the room. It was 97 degrees.

The only concern is at the breakfast bar, the eggs and bacon utensils were being interchanged. My husband has an egg allergy and it could potentially be dangerous.

Breakfast was nothing special. The biscuits were dry and the gravy very thin and not tasty. The omelettes were dry and lacking in flavor. The waffles were fine but the forks were so flimsy and small it was hard to eat a waffle with one. Perhaps management should try it for themselves. I am not really a very picky eater but I want to be honest with the belief that things cannot be improved otherwise.

Loved the room we stayed in! It was perfect for my family of 5 just passing through. Plenty of room to so reading out and relax after driving many hours. The separate seating area was great. Kids had fun at the pool too! Limited breakfast options.

Overall proximity to University - reason for trip The room i booked through Booking.com was not honored by the hotel… the hotel charged me more for the room i booked saying they had this issue with Booking.com ongoing. I was charged more by the hotel to obtain the room i booked than what they told me and now trying to get it corrected… waiting for call back from the hotel. Not had this issue with previous bookings.com business … which i told the hotel. Would not go back to this hotel for this reason.

Proximity to the University… reason for my trip Hotel did not honor the booking i made through Booking.com. Told me i would need to pay extra for the room i booked through Booking .com… The hotel said this was an ongoing issue… could not answer me when i said then why was it not fixed… why does the customer have to negatively impacted by this issue. Told the hotel they were the first hotel i ever had the issue with … suggesting it was a hotel issue.
