The front desk

We canceled our reservation after an uncomfortable experience at the front desk. We had an issue with the deposit, but the main reason we decided not to stay was the attitude of the old man at the front desk. After a long drive to get there, we expected a simple greeting, a welcoming smile, and professional customer service. Instead, we were met with a very serious and unfriendly attitude, with no greeting or warm welcome at all. We also noticed the same behaviour toward other guests coming in and out of the hotel. Personal attitude should be left aside when dealing with guests. After this experience, we no longer felt comfortable staying there, so we canceled our reservation and left.

It was clean and very accommodating

Breakfast was great, no one ever came to our room for new trash bags or towels though. The indoor pool was so great though, it was so cool and it may look a bit deceiving cause you walk in and it's so humid and hot in there, and the water looks murky, but that's cause it's just salt water.

Shower water eventually got hot. Was scary checking in with my littles because of the 15+ men standing around outside of the hotel entrance. I told the woman at the front desk that they scared me with my littles and she responded with a "don't worry they're harmless" I walked my 3 littles up to our room and attempted to use the toilet for a quick tinkle. When I flushed the toilet it overflowed. Headed back down to the front desk to get to switch rooms. Then headed back out to my vehicle to unload our bags. Was great to find 6 men leaning on the front and driver's side of my car. I'm just a mom trying to stay safe. Was really scary. Two queen beds in our room and we were allowed 3 room towels. The lady at the front desk said they had no spare towels and was reluctant to share two pool towels with us so that we'd have 5 towels for my husband, myself and our 3 littles to use so we wouldn't have to re-use towels wth each other. Overall, treated like poo here. If you don't appreciate dirty strangers leaning and sitting on your car while you check in and unload your things, bugs, rotting appliances, staff that couldn't care less about your well being or little family needs, don't pay to stay here.

Room smelled kind of like mildew and it felt like the carpet and bedding were damp

We stayed because it was supposed to have a pool and hot tub. The pool was closed. And I didn’t see a hot tub at all. It reeked of smoke. Didn’t know it was a smoke indoor friendly hotel. Wondering if we possibly bedbug bites - not sure.

The check in started bad the room smelled like pee we rented two nights but left the first night the poop was dirty had bugs floating in it asked for a refund for the second night and was in formed I stayed the first night so there's no refund very bad experience

Roaches in the bathroom, stains on the sheets and pillows. The manager refused to refund my reservation. Going to notify the health department asap

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke and we had to request a move. There was a problem with the door not working properly and the manager was not cordial nor apologetic at all. We will probably not return.

Clean rooms, great staff! Our grandson loved the breakfast. It was close enough to ballpark without a lot of traffic.
