Front dest employee was very nice and helpful. Room smelled kind of like mildew and it felt like the carpet and bedding were damp

It reeked of smoke. Didn’t know it was a smoke indoor friendly hotel. Wondering if we possibly bedbug bites - not sure.

The check in started bad the room smelled like pee we rented two nights but left the first night the poop was dirty had bugs floating in it asked for a refund for the second night and was in formed I stayed the first night so there's no refund very bad experience

Roaches in the bathroom, stains on the sheets and pillows. The manager refused to refund my reservation. Going to notify the health department asap

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke and we had to request a move. There was a problem with the door not working properly and the manager was not cordial nor apologetic at all. We will probably not return.

Clean rooms, great staff! Our grandson loved the breakfast. It was close enough to ballpark without a lot of traffic.

It was nice and very clean. The staff numbers were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of options. Overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. And I would recommend it to others.

Location .The room overall was good. Pool was out .That was my main reason for here was heated indoor pool.There was some kind of handle on the side of the bed .Kept hitting my knee.Dont know what they were for.

Breakfast menu was decent.nothing super special The rooms were a little bit dated, but they were clean the outside looks fresh. However, the inside needs a bit of a remodel parking lot is plenty and it shares aside with a construction site. Overall of the menu price it was a decent stay
