La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Smith

The price is lower than others around for a reason. If you don't mind an older building with scuffs on walls and an elevator that needs attention but works then it's fine. It's clean, safe, with nice staff and the usual hot breakfast that was good. But, my toilet leaked on the floor, was told they were out of soap bars for the sink, and my keys didn't work for the door lock on most tries. It took a dozen tries to get the door open and was deactivated the second day of our stay.

Nice clean hotel with a good breakfast

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was basic continental. No cream cheese for bagels. Didn't use any other amenities.

Rooms are very clean, rate is very affordable. In a pretty good part of town, close to Interstate. Staff was very helpful - included coming up to room to fix tv problem. Breakfast was good - much more than continental.

Great price and location for one overnight stay in a clean and comfortable cool room. Breakfast was good better than other similar Hotel breakfasts. Lots of dining options nearby. Would stay again!

I stayed here on the way to Branson and it matched with my expectations.

Ok for a one or two night but not the cleanes

Shower leaked all over the floor. Breakfast was very skimpy and biscuits and gravy terrible at 630am. Elevator noisy and hotel generally not clean. Needs better mgmt

Breakfast was not available the days I stayed. The bed was one of the hardest beds I've ever slept on. The pool was closed my entire stay. My room was entered by a staff member while I was laying in bed. Not a good experience at all.

Breakfast was good. I like the location. Wish I could receive an email of the receipt.

Clean room, but odd as the room was quite empty with no wall art or office desk chair, just a bed, armchair, and dresser with the TV. Breakfast was adequate if you’re only looking for a quick bite to eat. The staff was helpful and friendly, and overall the property was quite nice. My only complaint is that the outdoor pool was closed, and when asked about it, the staff said it was due to not having a new health and safety check done on it.

The room, however, had several maintenance and design issues. The toilet seat was loose and slid around, so it definitely needs to be repaired. Some lamps weren’t plugged in because there weren’t enough electrical outlets where they were placed. The water pressure was low, and the hot water never got very warm. The room also had an odd layout. When you entered, you walked directly into the bedroom area with the TV. Farther into the room was a separate sitting area with a couch and a desk, but there was no TV or even a coffee table in that space. It looked like the hotel had been renovated to give it a more modern appearance, but the overall design and execution felt incomplete and not particularly well thought out.

The hotel is near a major boulevard with lots of strip malls and other hotels/motels, gas stations, and affordable restaurants. The room was equipped with mini refrigerator, microwave, and standard bathroom amenities. There is a pool and laundry room, snack vending machines and breakfast/ Breakfast was adequate but selections were limited. There could be an easy-to-notice sign on the main road to help locate the hotel since it is located a little away from the road; this would be especially helpful at night.
