The ARC Hotel

Holes in walls, electrical plates in the bathroom missing. I wish I could share a picture of the lobby...

We left our iPad in the room and noticed and it shows on find my iPad that it is still at the hotel. But yet nine can find it. Someone there has it.

Construction from an apparent remodel. Construction noise way past 6 PM. Breakfast area canceled due to construction. Staff, almost non-existent. Had to ring multiple times to get help

I was not happy with my stay. The room was not comfortable at all. The mattress on the bed was old and uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. The carpet was all stained up and not clean. My amenities were old and instead of replacing them they had them taped up in the spots they were broke. I will not stay again.

Clean room, staff was amazing, air conditioning was perfect.

The Hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. The picture of the Hotel online is not the Arc Hotel. The rooms smell weird, the carpets are stained and I found mold in a nightstand. I will never stay there again.

The hotel Is under renovation which would have been nice to know when I booked. Noisy, gym area has old toilets in it. The worst was the room next door- a couple was screaming, swearing, banging/slamming doors, I think I heard them spitting on and hitting each other, I called the front desk. Not sure what the man at the desk said (if anything) but it didn’t work. Went into the early am hours, Great opportunity to teach my son about unhealthy relationships. So, silver lining, I guess.

Lied about everything on the website

BED BUGS. And front desk told me they were just remodeling after I asked if it was because of bed bugs why bunch of furniture was in dining area

I checked out at 10pm due to finding bed bugs on the bed.

They are remodeling so it was a rough experience

Everything is great they are remodeling but have managed to keep all organized and kept out of way of customers staying it's quiet and clean the pool is awesome The front desk staff and housekeeping are very friendly and on point getting anything you should need to accommodate your stay. Absolutely enjoy my stay and will always come stay again thank you .

Superb

Staff was helpful and the room was clean and pleasant. Air conditioner work well and kept us comfortable. Will stay here again when I come down to see my brother.

Upon arrival we found out that the continental breakfast would not be available but there’d be coffee. The room smelled musty. The next morning there was no coffee and the shower’s hot water was disconnected. If this had been my first experience with this hotel, I would not return. However, it’s a safe location at a reasonable rate. Here’s hoping these issues can be resolved quickly.

The room had bad smell had to move to the second floor. I didn't know in advance that you didn't have breakfast. I was there in my you had breakfast. My room on the second floor had mildew smell. I think you should give some of my money back. Probably want sta y again
