They are remodeling so it was a rough experience

Everything is great they are remodeling but have managed to keep all organized and kept out of way of customers staying it's quiet and clean the pool is awesome The front desk staff and housekeeping are very friendly and on point getting anything you should need to accommodate your stay. Absolutely enjoy my stay and will always come stay again thank you .

Staff was helpful and the room was clean and pleasant. Air conditioner work well and kept us comfortable. Will stay here again when I come down to see my brother.

Upon arrival we found out that the continental breakfast would not be available but there’d be coffee. The room smelled musty. The next morning there was no coffee and the shower’s hot water was disconnected. If this had been my first experience with this hotel, I would not return. However, it’s a safe location at a reasonable rate. Here’s hoping these issues can be resolved quickly.

Great for the price

The room had bad smell had to move to the second floor. I didn't know in advance that you didn't have breakfast. I was there in my you had breakfast. My room on the second floor had mildew smell. I think you should give some of my money back. Probably want sta y again

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was quiet, peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They explained that the property is older and currently undergoing renovations, which helps explain some of its condition. The room could definitely use some improvements. The curtains were torn and looked very worn, and the carpet felt damp, making it uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. Also, some of the amenities listed on Expedia, such as breakfast and a pool, were not available, so it’s best to expect a basic room during the renovation.

Our room was fine. There was a sign at the front desk that said they were not serving breakfast during their renovations. They should restart in October, if everything goes well. We stayed during the 4th of July weekend, so we didn't see or hear any construction. Wish they had announced the temporary pause on the complimentary breakfast in Expedia because we would have stayed at a different hotel.

This is an older hotel with very little updates. The beds are ok. Torn curtains in the room, torn shower curtains. No cable TV. Most of the lights were out in the pool area and algae growing in corner of the pool. Breakfast “suspended” but still listed on booking site. Would not recommend this location!

I have stayed at The Arc numerous times. It has ALWAYS been a wonderful experience. This time was terrible. The hotel is ready to remodel to transform as a true independent into a chain. There is no breakfast, even though breakfast was listed on Expedia. The first room we were assigned looked like a cheap roadside motel except someone threw up in the room and the room smelled of it. Cigarette burns were everywhere. The next room was ok but furnishings need to be replaced, which is scheduled. Overall, next trip to Ft Smith I will consider other options. Sorry about this review after many previous 5 star reviews.

Great place and staff

Carpet was nasty in the room floor in the bathroom was nasty microwave wouldn't work half the lights wouldn't work phone wouldn't work awful window view pool area was extremely hot in the room and pool was extremely freezing breakfast was horrible there was no hot food whatsoever

Clean room. Parking lot got full fast due to vehicles with trailers taking up multiple parking spots.

Breakfast was coffee and some toast and bagels. Dopers were in and out all night revving the engines of their cars and yelling. People were walking up and down the hallways all night. I think they long term rent.

We’ve stayed here many times & I have no complaints at all.

Staff was exemplary the rooms were quiet and clean I would highly recommend this Motel to everyone

Exceptional

Room was very dirty. Asked for a change and the new room was pretty much just as dirty. Bath tub was dirty and confusing to use. Pull out couch had food crumbs and candy on and around it. Did not feel comfortable sleeping on the beds.
