We have enjoyed staying at this hotel several times now . It’s clean, friendly staff and we can usually check in early upon our arrival. It’s our go to place when we come into town to visit family.

This was my first time to stay in Ft Smith, and I don't think I could have picked a better hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to stay at the Homewood Suites the next time I'm in town.

Staff was friendly. Place was clean There was a part of a hamburger meat stashed under the couch when we pulled the bed out. I seriously think they need to pull furniture out atleast once or twice a month just deep clean all rooms

Nice hotel. Staff was great and so was the breakfast. The shower could use a little attention as far as grout etc but woukd stay there again

Addie at the front desk was amazing!! We were early and my brothers room was ready and we were not anywhere close together but she worked and got us a joining room and I was also able to check in early. She was just so sweet and had a positive energy about her. She just made my day! When we checked out the guy at the front desk was also so nice. I didn’t get his name. Just a great group of people. The lady at the breakfast bar was also very nice. Loved by stay there!!😊
