I had to clean my room myself after I checked in. It smelt horrible, the carpet was disgusting, the the floors had not been mopped, and the tub and toilet had not been cleaned. I went and got supplies to clean my room and did not complain. However on the third night there i woke up to get something to drink and saw a couple of roaches and of course complained the next morning. Took a couple of days for them to spray my room and the last thing that happened was devastating because I was awaken at 1:30 in the morning due to itching so much that I sat up on the side of my bed just to feel something on my leg which turned out to be a bedbug.

There were cockroaches in the hallway and fleas in the room. I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel, I do not own any animals and should not have fleas in my belongings. I didn’t see a single staff member at the front desk after check in and house keeping still woke us up knocking on the door every day despite having the do not disturb sign on the door

Room was not maintained at all. Flooring coming apart. Door sweep destroyed and hanging by a single screw. Shower had a terrible leak. Hallways smelled like old smoke, even though the hotel was "no smoking". Seemed like a quick (and badly done) remodeled hotel. Luckily it was only for a nite.

No breakfast was taken at this location. Broken faucet in the shower.

Great front desk service. My key card wouldn't work on my room and I was locked out at 3am and she answered right away and helped me.

I didn't get to stay because I didn't have my actual card they took my money an told me no on my virtual card an the person head of me used his virtual card but she wouldnt let me so I don't recommended this place to stay
