Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Smith

One ice machine for three floors of rooms. Very small dog walking area. Food OK but coffee was aweful

The water comes out of the shower and forms a puddle in the bathroom. The breakfast that is offered is appreciated; however, not everyone eats eggs or waffles - pancakes would be nice - the days I was staying there the same cinnamon muffins were offered 2 days in a row, you should change it up offer blueberry, banana nut or include small apple pieces in the cinnamon muffins. In the king studio with the kitchette, you need to place the TV facing the couch instead of facing the bed. The in room coffee pot was nice, but, there wasn’t any pot to make coffee so that wasn’t good. My bathroom only had 1 bath towel for each of us (2) and you should have had at least 4 - 2 for each person.

This hotel is fine to stay at if only for one night. The housekeeping staff is very lazy. I had to retrieve my own towels and empty my own trash after the first night. They never even stepped foot inside my room.

When we got there our room it was hot so when we turned the air down the thermostat said “wait.” When I went to the front desk he said “it should kick on in the next 30 minutes, if not though be aware we are completely booked and have no other rooms available.” None of the phones worked in the room and half of the wall outlets didn’t work either. There was a coffee maker but no pot to make it in. This has been the worst hotel experience I have dealt with so far.

Our room was 2 bedroom suite and was cheaper than some hotels for a single room with a king bed. It was super clean and comfortable. The night staff at check in were very kind and professional. Breakfast we very good and offered a variety of options. Would definitely stay here again

We were traveling with kids. This was a great breakfast buffet. Our favorite.

We had to move rooms at midnight because of bedbugs found on the pull out couch bed our children were going to sleep on during the 4th of July.

Nice hotel for the price; check in was simple and staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room had food in the trash and no dish soap (we had a kitchen). Good location and overall a nice stay.

Hotel was nice and had friendly staff. Only issue was the bathroom had black mold and was fully restocked with some of the amenities.

We stayed here with our young kids for a baseball tournament and were very impressed. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, from our room to the common areas and the pool. The breakfast had a great variety, so there was something for everyone. The location was very convenient, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other families traveling for tournaments or vacations.

Air conditioning was not great. Crumbs on floor and chairs. Couch has weird stains on them

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Room was pristine and breakfast was filling. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed my time here. I love the room setup, and I enjoyed the kitchen. Only problem was that it was kinda hard to get into the room at times.
