Best Western Aspen Hotel

Thanks for a great stay!

Breakfast was great & served in a big nice-looking dining area. The pool was well maintained. Our king room was the best hotel room we've had in a long time with comfy pillows, a tub jacuzzi, a very wide long dressing mirror on the wall, 2 white granite basins, plenty of soft towels, lots of horizontal suitcase space, and a separate living room with seating for 5. The window a/c unit was very manageable. There are plenty of restaurants right around the hotel and a pharmacy next door. Parking is well lit with plenty of spaces. Hubby and I will definitely revisit this hotel.

Not a good experience. The outlets in the bathroom did not work, the TV was broken, and shower was dirty to where I felt like I needed shower shoes.

I got the sweet the king sweet It was pretty nice bathtub is big it's functional The bed was comfy there were two TVs in the room The fireplace was broken now and when I say it was broken I mean the glass in the fireplace was being held in there with a stool on the other side of it

The bath toilet had water leak. The water ran non stop all night. I tx the desk clerk. She said there wasn't any one on duty to repair. She advised to it leak. Needless to say I didn't get ant sleep. Others in our party had problems as well. Such as shower drainage issues and AC not working. Horrible all around.

Would definitely stay there again.

Air conditioning in the building did not seem to be working. The rooms were fine.

Best sleep in quite awhile. The bed was soft & comfortable. The room was very quiet.

Having issues with coffee and juice station and not being well stocked for meals. The rooms were kept okay but had to ask for soap due to soap being empty. Other than that hotel stay was okay.

Well the was okay could use some more work on the rooms. We found someone's clothes behind a stool and a used mouthwash in the bathroom.

Air conditioning in our room was not cooling properly. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices. Elevator was not working

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had all the toiletries we needed. Fort Smith is a really cute town.

Everything about my stay was smooth and enjoyable. The room was comfortable, the property felt safe, and I appreciated having such a pleasant overnight stop during my trip. I would gladly stay here again when passing through the Fort Smith area.

Exceptional

Older hotel that has been remodeled (or is an ongoing remodel) in the last several years. Rooms are clean, albeit a little damaged around the edges (scrapped walls, scratches in the tub). Large pile of trash and debris sitting in the parking lot. Overall it’s a good place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great complimentary breakfast. Excellent price. I’ve stayed here many times and I recommend it.
