Upon arrival, the person at the desk was very friendly and the check-in process was easy and quick. Entering the room it looked to be clean and have what we needed. We had a two night stay, the floor got wet from the shower, but towels were never replaced because we were told rooms are only serviced every 3 days. We had no Kleenex and not even a full roll of toilet paper, had to ask for another roll at the desk. We pulled out the sofa bed and quickly put it back in because it doesn't look like it had been cleaned in months. The bed pillows are extra soft, so if this isn't your thing, you may need to bring your own. The shampoo was empty as well. The room also never seemed to cool and the air always felt stagnant like we were staying in a basement. Breakfast was like any hotel breakfast, nothing to write home about, but for the most part edible. The swimming pool was freezing, so didn't get to spend as much time here as we had originally planned. Next time I get a hotel in the Ft. Wayne area I will find something else.

The size of my room,and it had everything my mom and I needed(fridge,sofa bed,etc. The room had to be wiped down before we put our belongings away,still it was minimal

Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for us. Room was comfortable, slept well.

Bed was clean and comfortable, good assortment of pillows. Coffee was very hot. Room was in somewhat shoddy condition. TP holder falling off the wall, blackout shade was falling off its roller. Light fixture was bent down.

The lady that checked me in is so friendly and always took care of whatever was needed. Excellent service she was great

Anytime someone walked past my room, I could hear them talking and slamming doors too, so maybe the room doors are just really thin. I had a very early flight to catch Sunday and went to bed around 8:30. I was woken up to kids yelling and screaming. It sounded like it was in the pool which was right below me. I would stay here again but request to be on a different floor and away from all the noise.

The hotel is on a nice location. It used to be very nice and clean .. but the carpets are old a worn out and dirty rooms are not bad .
