The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was refreshing.

Upon arrival I found pants from last person that stayed. There was black mold in shower. The credenza was not cleaned and had a smear of something sticky on it. I am not sure the bedding was fresh on one of the beds. The comforter was backwards (tags by the pillows) and the flat sheet was put on sideways. I took the pants that were found down to the front desk and informed them about all these issues. I then asked for new bedding and the room to be cleaned. When we returned all they did was make the one bed.

My stay was very nice and everything was clean.

very easy to find, and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. No safety bar in the shower (and very little traction on the floor of the shower). The bed was very comfortable, but way too high up for this 5-4" tall person. Anyone with hip issues or an older person would really need a step stool to get up onto it.

All the furniture and fixtures appeared to be new, and the hotel is renovating downstairs to create more breakfast seating. The breakfast was good, and staffed by a pleasant person. The hotel is also close to where we needed to be. We felt the afternoon front desk staff could have been more professional. Our room smelled like old mop water, and there was mold on the shower caulk. The toilet paper holder was also broken.

Attitude of the staff was exemplary. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

We have always enjoyed staying here. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is accessible to may things.

Room was clean, staff very helpful. They replaced a defective hairdryer very quickly. I would choose them again.

The room was good we had no hand soap in the bathroom so we purchased some an left it for the next guest. The window looked like it needed some attention or was in the process. We also had to request toilet paper because all we had was less than half of a roll. Those were our only issues that’s why my rating was just good.
