Hilton Garden Inn Fort Wayne

Staff we're very friendly, but the property overall is very poorly maintained. The room we were assigned had a mattress with a gigantic urine stain. The carpets are stained all over. Housekeeping is minimal.

The staff were so nice and friendly. There was a group of us and we spent a lot of time in the common area. The staff were so accommodating! The common area was inviting and clean.The rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Had a pleasant stay. The hot tub was nice. Beds were comfortable, the hotel was overall very quiet. It’s an older hotel so the outside is kind of rundown and it smells a bit like mildew when you’re in to the lobby. My biggest issue was that I paid for a made to order breakfast and was told in the morning that there was not a thing to go next-door to the hotel for the breakfast buffet. Very misleading

Our room was musty smelling. The shower fixture did not work and the shower was moldy. We asked for new sheets and towels numerous times after the first three days with no response We had to get towels and sheets ourselves at the front desk. The staff was friendly but not to helpful at times The food was good

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was not included!!! Had to put a $25.00 deposit down, and having trouble getting it back!!!

Clean enough but was honestly expecting Hilton to be better than this location

Great place to stay. Good price. The only thing that I didn't like was I could here the room next door talking. Could have been the TV really loud. Staff was polite and helpful

Nice hotel and very handy to a great Sushi restaurant. Complimentary coffee was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Window blind was broken and maintenance never came to fix it after two requests. Body wash holder in shower was empty.

I loved my stay. I had my daughter’s 10th birthday party there. The day was absolutely wonderful and I only had two issues. One was that you had to make sure if you wanted breakfast included that you got that package. And two I didn’t appreciate the picture of the bathroom not matching the real description. Other wise everything was perfect.

I didn’t like the fact breakfast wasn’t out to just help yourself.
