Clean and big room

Good breakfast buffet - but not included in room rate - a little noisy with trash pick happening at 5:30 am - not good.

We booked this hotel so that we could use the hot tub when we arrived. We found out it was broken. I asked the front desk person if there’s anything they could do to compensate and was told that because we booked through Expedia that they could not do anything, so I guess Hilton Gardens promise guarantee does not apply to people who do not book through them. We booked a room for three people only had two towels asked for another towel. Never got it. Ice machine was broke Internet went out while we were watching a movie. I feel like for the amount of money that we paid, we should’ve at least gotten breakfast. This booking was not worth the money.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Very nice place. Liked everything. Nothing I didn’t like.

There was a lot of hall noise and traffic noise outside. The lights outside shown into the room despite the black out shade

The staff was very helpful and friendly but the room was a bit dirty and smelly.

Well they assigned someone else to our room and someone tried to enter around 2:00am. We were told by housekeeping and at breakfast that we were not even listed as being there. They did get this straightened out but it was a little upsetting.

Staff we're very friendly, but the property overall is very poorly maintained. The room we were assigned had a mattress with a gigantic urine stain. The carpets are stained all over. Housekeeping is minimal.

The staff were so nice and friendly. There was a group of us and we spent a lot of time in the common area. The staff were so accommodating! The common area was inviting and clean.The rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Had a pleasant stay. The hot tub was nice. Beds were comfortable, the hotel was overall very quiet. It’s an older hotel so the outside is kind of rundown and it smells a bit like mildew when you’re in to the lobby. My biggest issue was that I paid for a made to order breakfast and was told in the morning that there was not a thing to go next-door to the hotel for the breakfast buffet. Very misleading

Our room was musty smelling. The shower fixture did not work and the shower was moldy. We asked for new sheets and towels numerous times after the first three days with no response We had to get towels and sheets ourselves at the front desk. The staff was friendly but not to helpful at times The food was good

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was not included!!! Had to put a $25.00 deposit down, and having trouble getting it back!!!
