Nice place and convenient to excess to high way.

Because we used Expedia to book, the hotel said they couldn't notify us that the elevator was out of service. We found out about it after we checked in. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but it is a big deal when you have a child in a wheelchair. She's 22 and my husband had to carry her to the 2nd floor bc first floor was all booked therefore we couldn't switch. Unbelievable.

First time here. So unbelievably impressed. From our welcome at the front desk, to our gentleman serving breakfast, to the kind staff at the desk when we checked out. Wow. I was there for my son’s basketball tournament weekend. Best bed and pillows. Exceptional staff. Thank You!

The room kitchen was great with everything you would need. The cost of the room was reasonable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was immaculate. Beds vergg ugh comfortable. Back out curtains very effective. Breakfasts were good with varied items. Good coffee!! Very helpful staff. Super friendly. Highly recommend.

The place could be very nice. However, it really needs massive work in the rooms to make it presentable.

It was clean and welcoming The night staff was quite disappointing. The first night we complained because kids were stomping around until 1am and the staff fluffed it off with “well they have toddlers.” The second night I roomed with another adult friend just the two of us and the same night staff (Sandy) came pounding on our door at 10pm insisting we were making too much noise. When I told her it was just two adults and one of us was in bed so it couldn’t of been us she continued to say it had to of been us, as 6 people came out of the room next door loud and yelling. No apology to us or anything. If she’s going to insist on quiet for one night she should have held everyone to that standard. Was very disappointed in the treatment as we book with this hotel every cheer season we perform in Fort Wayne. Will not be back because of that.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location with all the amenities needed on site.

Friendly staff and helpful

Hotel was a dated, but the rooms were large and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of selections. It is in a safe area, the only thing i would say is the property is right off the highway, so my room was on the side facing the highway. It was a bit noisy when trying to sleep. The room I had needed an update for the bathroom and carpet, but it was clean besides that. Bed was comfortable and clean. The room also had a kitchen but i didn't use it as I was only using the hotel for one night.
