Breakfast was fantastic- my daughter got to have breakfast and I took a scone to go and it was wonderful later that day when I could eat. Elevator was temporarily out of service

Because we used Expedia to book, the hotel said they couldn't notify us that the elevator was out of service. We found out about it after we checked in. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but it is a big deal when you have a child in a wheelchair. She's 22 and my husband had to carry her to the 2nd floor bc first floor was all booked therefore we couldn't switch. Unbelievable.

First time here. So unbelievably impressed. From our welcome at the front desk, to our gentleman serving breakfast, to the kind staff at the desk when we checked out. Wow. I was there for my son’s basketball tournament weekend. Best bed and pillows. Exceptional staff. Thank You!
