Basic hotel.

East check in, pool being open until 11pm.

Very nice hotel and centrally located. Easy in and out at the front desk.

The hotel was good overall, and I would stay there again. However, the “hot” pool was not actually hot — it was only slightly warm. I also had a negative experience with one of the staff members when I asked if they could open the door between the hotel and the garage. She responded rudely and pointed out that there was a sign saying the door was out of service.

No towels in the swimming area so they started using the gym towels. They all disappeared as well and I didn't think to grab any from home.

Convenient, loved parking garage so close and attached walkway. Pillows were flat, toilet paper too thin.

Staff is friendly & helpful. The restaurant/ bar in the lobby is super duper. What an honest staff. I left an expensive leather full length coat in the rooms closet after I had checked out. Called the front desk who sent someone to check the room and BOOM!! MY COAT WAS STILL THERE!!! Read That AGAIN !!! THANK YOU!!!!

Staff was extremely not friendly or welcoming! No warm greeting! No thank you for staying with us! Just sour grape faces and heres your room key!

Room and mattress smelled of urine. Dried urine on the walls of the bathroom.

The room we stayed in was clean, everything was neat. Expedia showed that they had breakfast in the morning, however they do not serve any breakfast. There is a breakfast/dinner restaurant there, but the prices are insane. Regardless, the stay was fine for what we needed it to be. There are some fast food places around that you can walk to (dominos, rallys, etc). You have to pay $7 for parking, even though Expedia said parking was included, but it’s not. They have you use the public parking garage attached to them, which is $7 a day, not sure if you have to pay every time you go in and out though, we only stayed one night. The pool was small, but surprisingly nobody was in it. It looks pretty clean from standing above it, but if you go underwater then you’ll see it needs a good cleaning. The gym is what it is, it’s a hotel gym, so bare minimum but enough to do what you need to do. The staff seemed nice, didn’t have any issues there. Overall, compared to the other hotels in the area, this one is fine and I would stay there again if I had too. Just don’t expect anything extra from this place.

The pool closed at 11:00 PM and that was so awesome I didn’t like the pool guy that came in to access to leave out of the pool when we didn’t notice that it was almost 11. He could’ve been more polite about it. He seemed very unkempt and rough around the edges for a beautiful place to work?

Room was clean, staff was amazing, they were helpful with suggestions on things to do around the city.
