Super friendly staff, easy check-in. Loved the free full break fast, it was delicious and so was the Burger Bar on property - we ate here every day! Room was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again!

Convenient to convention center; lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly one of the two elevators didn't work on Friday; my room faced Jefferson St., so very noisy at night with traffic.

We stayed there for the Sat/Sun Tincaps games. After checking in, we went to put our things our room (213) and then went to the roof top bar before going to the game. When we came back to our room that evening, we noticed that the blinds didn’t go up or down. There was no shampoo in the shower and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last person who stayed because there was long black hair in it. While downstairs getting breakfast, I used the restroom in the lobby and it was dirty and had trash on the floor. When checking out, the front desk person was less than friendly and made me feel like I was interrupting her. I explained about the shampoo and window shades and she again seemed like I was interrupting her morning. My sister-in-law had booked this hotel for the next Sat/Sun Tincaps game we are going to in July, but after this experience we cancelled that booking are will stay somewhere else!

My only issue is the breakfast didn't have variety of fruits. They serve only apples during my stay.

The inflated price for this room for this weekend was ridiculous. Have booked same room for half the price several times before. In addition to the staff this weekend seemed tired and overworked...no one was super friendly, besides the one cleaning guy on the third floor Saturday morning.

Clean room great breakfast. Bed’s very comfortable with great pillows. Close to entertainment. Had to pay for parking.

Everything Nothing

Everything about the hotel was great! Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was exceptional! We really enjoyed Conner’s rooftop bar too! Breakfast was great, many items to choose from, hot and cold. Would definitely recommend!!

We stayed for a brief time overnight, it was a hotel, and it was nice. No problems here at all.
