Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center

Quiet and good food and bar Parking lot was very confusing, but in kind of a cool way. Like a labyrinth

Location and size of room. Overall cleanliness, especially the floors.

Close to concert venue at Ruoff. It was great for what we needed.

Room not cleaned appropriately

It was the definition of meh. The customer service wasnt bad, but it wasnt friendly. The front desk person wasnt rude, but when I was asking questions just talking to me like she was over the day. When I went to have breakfast there was no signage, no person, no explanation of anything, but when I was in the buffet line a person just starts questioning me like I did something wrong... in front of so many other guests. I feel it could have waited until I had a seat, or was away from the crowd of guests. The room was ...ok. Just not what ive come to expect for Hilton

The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk attendant during the day was kind and jovial. The staff was helpful. The bathroom was a little small, but not unusable.

Shower heads could use an upgrade. Need to work on the internet tv didn’t work a lot of the time

Kelly at the front desk was a big help in getting us an early check in. We had a wedding and pictures to do so this was a huge help!

It was especially helpful to stay at a clean, comfortable, and well maintained hotel that is right next to the convention center. The staff was very helpful. Checkin time was 3PM but they were able to get me in at 2 so I could go right to my convention.

The Staff was very professional and effusive. Daniella our check in clerk on Wednesday was absolutely wonderful, She was so friendly and professional. The hotel has a restaurant which is great and the food was delicious. Parking was across the street but there is a covered walkway from the Hotel to the parking deck and price for the parking was very reasonable.
