Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center

Kelly at the front desk was a big help in getting us an early check in. We had a wedding and pictures to do so this was a huge help!

The Staff was very professional and effusive. Daniella our check in clerk on Wednesday was absolutely wonderful, She was so friendly and professional. The hotel has a restaurant which is great and the food was delicious. Parking was across the street but there is a covered walkway from the Hotel to the parking deck and price for the parking was very reasonable.

The view from the room was disappointing; we observed gravel roofs equipped with rooftop units.

Room was a little dusty everything else was good.

Jennifer made checking in so quick and easy. There were 2 people in line when we arrived and she got everyone checked in so quick. Very friendly. Very nice room. Kimberly took excellent care of us at breakfast. Gorgeous hotel. Really appreciated the walking bridge from the parking lot to the hotel and needing a your room key to access higher floors Wished the waterwas hotter in the shower

Location Wasn’t clean. Housekeeping didn’t clean well and left rooms unstocked—no toilet paper, tissues, etc. when they stopped at rooms they added towels, dumped trash and pulled covers up. They didn’t “make” the beds or cleanup bathrooms or vacuum tho much needed. Floors didn’t appear vacuumed when we checked in and I kept stepping on gritty stuff in the carpet. Housekeeping threw the dirty towels into the hall by all the rooms and left them there til they repeated that action the next day.
