In town for a convention. Room very comfortable. Satisfied my needs

There were some damaged things in my room but not a deal breaker. Wouldn’t mind staying again.

No kleenex or coffee cups in the room. The refrigerator didn't work and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Way too much money for the stay. Never again.

It was not a place I would reccomend

A few items that would improve the guest experience: • No shower towels were provided in the room. • The room lights did not work. The power strips also appeared non-functional, so it may have been an electrical issue. • The hair dryer performed poorly—it drew a lot of power but produced very little airflow. These are straightforward fixes that would make the stay more comfortable. Overall the location is a strong point, and addressing the above details would help future guests have a smoother experience.

The breakfast did not exist and I did not see an ice machine.

Ac didn’t work at all outlets that worked were loose and then the rest of the outlets didn’t work

After entering 2 different rooms and seeing the lack of cleaning. We canceled the stay and went elsewhere.

The only downside was that the walls are fairly thin, so noise does carry. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room on one of the higher floors for a quieter stay. Overall, it’s a great option for a 1 or 2 night visit, especially for the price!

Squeaky bed. Floor felt like it hadn't been mopped. Bathroom sink repair looked like gunk had been left in the sink.

Need more little cleaning

Absolutely loved my stay here! The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire team went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Highly recommend.

The location is good.

The ice machine was not working, the TV remotes did not work and they were out of coffee by 830 in the morning.

I will never stay there again.

There were no plastic cups, no tissues, no regular blanket, hardly anything in the vending machines and a very small breakfast.

Too noisy

Air conditioner loud..hard to sleep. Toilet could use some TLC! Toilet seat was practically falling off. Sink seen better days rusted faucet. Bathroom sinks, microwave could use a makeover. No screen on window that opens. I would not stay again.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Do not recommend
