A great, safe and quiet location. Free parking! Rooms were clean and cool, which was a plus for us for a good night sleep. The room darkening screens worked amazingly. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We would stay there again at that price point.

Fantastic location right on the Trinity River, in the heart of downtown Ft. Worth. It’s located right in this cute little tree lined neighborhood. There is on site parking, and the views of downtown are pretty awesome. The property itself is fantastic; clean, nice, the staff is awesome, the rooms are absolutely massive, the bathrooms are huge and the water pressure and water temps in the shower are amazing. For the price, this is hands down, the only hotel to stay at in Ft. Worth. Period.

I absolutely loved the front desk. She was very nice and kind at check-in. Made the process very smooth. Her customer service is probably the best I've ever encountered while staying at a hotel.

The breakfast was decent. Preferred pancake or waffles which were unavailable. I stayed during Memorial Day 2026. I was charged 75.00 for incidentals that l didn't have. It is now July 11, 2026 and l have not received my refund of $75.00. If this is how you treat your patrons, l don't plan to stay at your facility in the future. She did a superb job resolving the $75.00 charge issue. She was professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the process. Missy also provided valuable information about how I can avoid being charged this fee in the future. I sincerely appreciate her excellent customer service and assistance. I will return to Avid Hotel Fort Worth, Texas.
