Hotel was fine but charged $40 to check in 1.5 hours early. As we were only staying for one night- we paid otherwise we could have only gone to the stockyards after 5pm. Pool is great but only open of an evening so no real benefit. Receptionist did say she could arrange to open early but we didn't want to ask. Otherwise location was fine and hotel was clean.

Later that day, we went to use the pool, only to find it locked. After speaking with the front desk, they unlocked it and gave us towels. Unfortunately, the pool area was very dirty, with trash scattered around and even a pair of socks soaking in the water. The following day, after being out for several hours, we returned to find our room hadn’t been cleaned. When I asked the front desk, I was told housekeeping only services rooms every three days. They don’t even replace towels unless you bring your dirty ones downstairs to exchange them. Overall, this stay was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. I expected a much cleaner room, better-maintained amenities, and clearer communication about the housekeeping policy. I would not stay here again.

Great stay!! Will be back!!

It was a very good stay for the price

Staff yelled at us and multiple other people while we were there. Staff was not helpful in any way shape or form.
-
We used the pool and the water was not as clear as what was expected. It needed to be shocked. It was very cloudy.
-
Very smelly rooms and hallways especially by the pool. Sheets had stains and weren’t freshly cleaned.
-
Run down, a lot of broken items and over all maintenance was lacking

This was by far the worst experience I've had at a hotel booked through Expedia. Greeted by a glass enclosed front desk with no one attending. Heard them tell the customer in front of me that their luggage cart was stolen. Got to my room to find blood on the comforter and on a pillow. No one at the desk when I called, no one at the desk when I walked down. Was told "sorry" and they would bring a fresh pillow. They never did. Room was not clean, smelled musty, everything had a sticky film on it. At 3am, woke to someone pounding on my door. No one at the desk to take care of this. Got up at 6am to get out of there, stopped to get coffee - breakfast nook was completely empty. As I checked out, brought these to the woman at the desk's attention - was told "sorry" and she simply walked off into the back room. This place needs to close. Expedia needs to stop steering people there.

Nice calm place butt pool wasn't working that was the point of my stay swim
-
I did not like their pet policy ...I specifically asked for a "pet friendly" room and they came up so I booked the room..only to arrive later and front desk clerk informs me that they do not allow pets..and that I could not get a refund because of "third party" charged

Just miserable stay.

For one the door to the room I stayed in was broken, it also smelled like coffee even the sheets stunk…don’t stay here as it is even in a sketchy area

When we arrived the young lady on the reception was very nice and polite and efficient. Our room 215 was clean and spacious. The only thing that was a bit of a let down was that there wasn't much of a choice of items for breakfast to choose from. I would stay here again. I read the reviews whilst I was there and some were bad. I didn't think it was bad. You get what you pay for. I enjoyed it here.

Good location

My reservation was given away to someone else. I was told that they didn't have any more rooms available. After a few mins arguing with them they told me to wait 10 mins while they cleaned a room for me and my son. The room they gave me was disgusting. It was dirty, floors had dirt all over, bathroom was filthy with mold all in the tub, paint coming off the walls and sheets were dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be working on getting my money back.

Friendly staff, breakfast, air conditioning, good facilities, so quiet
-
The hotel manager was equally as frustrated as us, we know he wasn't personally cleaning the rooms but it was bad bad The room was extremely dirty, trash in the drawers, literal blood on the sheets, food on the bathroom counters, no blow dryer, towels were covered in hair and dirty

They try to keep out homeless people from checking in
