Disappointing

Manager was not very nice. After checkout we were waiting for transportation and he kicked us off property and made us walk down the access road for transportation

Roaches everywhere not clean

The property is dirty and infested with cockroaches and nats. Honestly regret staying here!

Pleasant

Staff was extremely sweet and welcoming but the room itself was disgusting. The smell, floors were still dirty. Towels stained, walls had I don’t know what smeared on them. Blankets still had crust. Oh and when I woke up there was a roach on the headboard. Even the remote was filled with crust. Sweet people but will not be staying again

Absolutely the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed it has a gnat infestation it smells like mold from the moment you walk in the door. They will not change your room if you ask the rooms look nothing like the pictures it’s a complete different hotel I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a homeless person.

It was somewhere to stay. The room had so many natts in it fruit flies were everywhere they would be in our drinks if we left them our food our cats food everywhere it was awful.

Property is poorly maintained at best. Trash everywhere outside even a mattress for days in plain view was dumped but left and no one got it up. Staff is ok, cleaning staff are helpful. Roaches in many units, ive stayed upstairs, downstairs and in multiple rooms, they aren't in all but the ones they are u need to actually leave a light on to keep they away at best. I'm almost every unit either the bed covers are burnt, sheets and towels stained and dirty, stove doesn't work or missing knobs shoty fix for any repairs, a/c doesn't cool properly or u can see straight to the outside thru holes. The laundry room consist of one washer and one dryer. The washer only fills up half way but does work and the dryer with barely dry a small small load in the 45 min time.

They had a full fridge with a freezer. The king size bed was nice as well as the pillows. The shower was really nice. The a/c was great. There was no hot water in the sinks. Warm but not hot. The toilet didn't always flush completely.

Everything was great never have a problem when I stay everybody knows and I always leave my room the way I found and that is clean they

The staff is always super nice and helpful always have a good experience with every stay and I stay here a lot.

I stayed for 15mins then checked out. The property felt uncomfortable. I have a 6month baby and felt concerned. Walking into the room, it had a strong oder of pee, beer and cigarettes, stains were on the walls, flys inside. I booked a room else where so I could sleep comfortably with my family good
