It was very clean and staff was very helpful.

If you choose to stay here, these are the things that I encountered in my two nights stay as a disabled woman with a service animal. Be prepared to pay $250 as a deposit for your service animal. Because as I was told, the Hilton is not animal friendly . Be prepared to show proof that your animal is in fact a service animal . Be Prepared to have a small breakdown ! Be prepared if you need to use the elevator, your mobility device may not fit while others are inside, so your wait time may be longer .I was told only one typically works at a time . If the older woman at the front desk and the older gentleman that comes out from the corner of the office, be prepared to be told that you should be grateful and that they are giving you a courtesy to allow allowing you to stay because you have a dog. I was told none of my requests were input into the system after all of this and all this I was placed in a room that would be for visually impaired due to the fact that I was unprepared of the bright floodlight that would invade my room for the next 48 hours. I was unprepared at the floodlight to invade my room at 1:30 in the morning. I was unprepared to be treated with such disrespect. I WAS UNPREPARED AS A DISABLED PERSON TO ENCOUNTER SUCH UGLINESS FROM PEOPLE !!

This hotel does not have breakfast buffet as listed” they have a breakfast dinner you have to pay for” and the shower drain was not draining and the pool was gross.

One of the cleanest hotels and the staff was very helpful and the area is relaxed and not hectic. I already plan on staying here again.

Overall, I appreciate the effort, but it's not worth the sleep next to the fan from the AC unit.

The location was nice. The bar was great and the coffee was great. Catalina at the bar was really nice. She made us feel at home. Great conversation with her. The hotel was pretty and clean. With there was a safe in the room. Other than that it was great.

Toilets did not work properly and I know it wasn’t just our room because we talked to 3 separate rooms who we did not know before this that had the same issues.

The hotel was very clean and always staffed well. Check in and out was a breeze. They kept our luggage for us all day until our flight. Good location to take a lyft to the Stockyard district.

Tv didn’t work. I called front desk they sent a guy up it was a mess. He fixed it and worked for 20 min. Called back the sent someone next day same thing. Then the next day they offered to move my room , but I was exhausted and didn’t want to pack up and move . Overall I stag at hilton property all the time this I will never stay again
