The first room.they gave us there were so many things that weren't working that they gave us a different room. Then.the new room the refrigerator froze the fruit we had bought and ruined it. Would not ever stay there again

Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. While packing in a hurry, I accidentally left my electric toothbrush on the bed. The toothbrush was valued at $199. Rather than placing the item in the hotel's lost and found, housekeeping discarded it. When I contacted the front desk, I explained the situation and informed them of the value of the toothbrush. I was told that they were unsure whether the item was actually worth that amount, even after I explained that I had purchased it on Amazon. Although I was offered a credit toward a future stay, it did not adequately address my concern. I believe the hotel's lost-and-found policy should require housekeeping to turn in any items found in a guest room to the front desk before disposing of them. Guests should be given the opportunity to confirm whether an item should be discarded or retained. This simple procedure would help prevent situations like this and demonstrate greater respect for guests' belongings. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews its lost-and-found procedures. Aside from this unfortunate incident, my previous stays have always been excellent, which makes this experience especially disappointing.

Pictures look better than the hotel actually does. A lot run down and needs some TLC. Room itself was okay but everything felt damp due to the AC, and the floor was a little sticky. Shower was confusing and I never could get the adjustable shower head part to work. Ceiling light in bathroom didn't work, only the mirror one. They do have breakfast but there are very few options and looks a bit thrown together. Stayed two nights and breakfast was the same both days: fake tasting eggs, sausage links, cereal, toast/bagel/muffin, yogurt, and waffle. OJ and Apple juice sitting out on the counter. Milk was in fridge but it was in a regular gallon jug. Might be people living there, lots of foot traffic around and I didn't feel the safest. Had to register my car and put a paper on my dash so they didn't tow it. Staff was friendly though and I didn't bring up any concerns while there.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean if you need anything, they are right there. This is why I stay every time I come home from traveling for work. Very clean perfectly located with everything that you need around it.

The size of the room was nice.

The breakfast was good. The room was quiet and clean. The only problem was the bath tub drained very very slow. I had to stand in water while the dried off, I used the shower.

Comfortable pillows and bedding. AC worked great. The breakfast area was quite messy but did offer a decent selection.

Friendly Staff and Great Location

1st floor had lot of noise. People were still talking @ 3am! Talked in hall all night long!

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. When he let his boss know about our dirty toilet she didn’t say much about it. Customer service from the management was lacking. The breakfast was pretty good I made a waffle that was pretty yummy. Overall, our stay was OK but I would prefer to stay elsewhere next time.

Room was somewhat clean but could use some deep cleaning on walls and bathroom and curtains could be replaced. Lots of stains and walls were pretty coated and dirty. Beds weren’t comfortable at all but property smelled good inside and overall was kept clean. TV isn’t a major deal but was very small in comparison to when you stay most other places. Room was small for double bed room. Our stay wasn’t too bad but wouldn’t stay again.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I checked in and there were bugs in my room. I'm a pretty low maintenance person so I disposed of the bugs myself. (There were 3 live bugs.) I asked the hotel staff to
