1st floor had lot of noise. People were still talking @ 3am! Talked in hall all night long!

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. When he let his boss know about our dirty toilet she didn’t say much about it. Customer service from the management was lacking. The breakfast was pretty good I made a waffle that was pretty yummy. Overall, our stay was OK but I would prefer to stay elsewhere next time.

Room was somewhat clean but could use some deep cleaning on walls and bathroom and curtains could be replaced. Lots of stains and walls were pretty coated and dirty. Beds weren’t comfortable at all but property smelled good inside and overall was kept clean. TV isn’t a major deal but was very small in comparison to when you stay most other places. Room was small for double bed room. Our stay wasn’t too bad but wouldn’t stay again.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I checked in and there were bugs in my room. I'm a pretty low maintenance person so I disposed of the bugs myself. (There were 3 live bugs.) I asked the hotel staff to

The pool and gym was closed. The pool was filthy. The room looked clean but had a weird smell.

We were promised that the pool would be open the following day, but it never opened. The mattresses were completely worn out and sagging badly, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel was dirty overall and clearly not well maintained. I would not recommend staying here.

I booked a room with two double beds, which was not big enough for my family of four. I do not know why the hotel offers such small beds instead of queen beds, but it was written in the room description and I simply missed it. The breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs and sausage. I went down to breakfast 30 minutes before it closed, so I expected everything to still be available. Overall, it is a nice place, but they need to keep the breakfast fully stocked until closing time.

We were able to hear every word of the people next door at 2 am.
-
The location The beds and pillows were lumpy. The check-in staff was awful. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Not the hotels fault but it reeked of Marijuana. The breakfast food that was supposed to be hot was cold and rubbery.

This is a very welcoming place that's clean professional and friendly .

The bathroom doors don’t have locks an can see inside when doors are closed. Ours was broken on one side, had to use a soap bar to keep door closed. Beds were super small fir a double.
-
I did not like lack of washcloths and there was not a hair blow dryer. There was only one bar of soap for half my stay. We had to ask for hangers because there were not any in the room.
-
Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom specifically was not clean. There was hair left in the sink. AC did not seem to be functioning as it was extremely humid in the room.
-
The pool was green. Which is disappointing with the heat. We were looking forward to pool time. 1st room the fire alarm was going off, so they moved us to another room. It had stains on the walls and had a strange smell.
-
Advertised as having pool and hot tub, but has a closed sign and neither has been cleaned this year by the looks of it. There was even a duck living in the pool area the 2 days we were there. Many of the outlets on the light fixtures did not work. Refrigerator froze everything and there was no temperature control for it. Elevators were trashed, broken railings, half the paint missing, and control box broken open. No hair dryer in the room (they did provide one from the front desk when we asked), no other tolietries (body wash, shampoo, etc.) provided other than 2 small bars of handsoap. Lots of trash piled up in hallways. Probably the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed at.
