Extended Stay America Suites Fort Worth City View

Nothing was clean and the room smelled like mold. There was water damage and it was repaired terribly. Roaches and hair in the bed from the last guest. Complimentary breakfast was Nutrigrain, muffins, and oatmeal. There was a trash outside and people partying right out side one of the exit doors. Elevator was broken and the exit to main lobby was not marked. Expieda should delist this hotel or have a waring label. Would not recommend to even my enemies.

Nothing My room was cancelled. I arrived and the hotel was sold out. I went to 4 diff hotels and could not book a room anywhere in town

Nothing There was mold all in the bathroom ceiling. The furniture was crap, broken old and it smelled like Clorox in the room. Just an overall bad place and I paid $100 for that never will I ever stay at another one again they need to fix their mold issue.

Paid for 2 beds originally and then was told only 1 bed. Many people around building of questionable behavior. Elevators didn’t work, sent to a room that was filthy w towels, dirty bedding, and burnt pan in sink. Had to get another room. Halls and building smelled of weed but was masked with another fragrance.

Nothing I had to move to four rooms, the first one had roaches, the second smelled like raid and the bed was itchy (bed bugs) I think, the third water busted all over the floor the fourth lady went to go check and said never mind at that point I asked for a refund four rooms in less than 10 minutes crazy. I use to stay there 8 years ago man they went down bad!!!!

Terrible breakfast options

Got here and first of all staff put us on 3 rd floor with knowing elevator was out of order! As soon as opened the door was live roach on the floor then one crawled fast by the tv on the table !staff said nothing that can do about it! Then the tub water constantly running and no towels couldn’t get no help! Called supvisor filed a complaint!

The Elevator, I could climb a rock wall with bare hands faster.. breakfast, Luke wam coffee and a Muffin the size of a tid-bit. Big fail. The care that was provided by the staff was excellent. Very commendable

Was close to where daughter lives. Roach infested room crawling all over grands, Move me from one room to another one that tv came on but didn't change channels. Elevator broke had to take stairs. Breakfast only consist of coffee, hot water, sugars, cream and oatmeal. Gave whole refund back but y'all went back and took a night out.
