Will stay again. Clean, quiet, good breakfast.

I have stayed here many times over a 20 year period. It’s my go to hotel when I come visit our family. It’s very consistent. Staff is always friendly, rooms are big and comfortable. They are also quiet even when staying right next to the elevator. I highly recommend.

The staff were really nice. The room was neat and clean.

The room was large and clean. It would have been nicer with 2 queen beds instead of two doubles. It was a tight squeeze with 2 adults in 1 bed. It did have a pull out couch which was good. Also a microwave would have been helpful. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. I would definitely stay here again.

Place feels older and had a smell of smoke when I arrived. It was gone by the morning and my room did NOT smell like smoke. Place is just ok.

Some of the employees were nice. Had to go to hotel due to AC unit out at home and I chose Hyatt Place thinking it was nice. The room was over priced for the size. The bathroom you could barely move around in and extremely dirty shower curtain. The living are was nice with mini fridge but no microwave in the rooms. There were flying insects not flies I noticed here and there. And the sink was outside of the bathroom in the bedroom area. Just not a great stay. Highly disappointed for $500 Friday-Monday with no return on money for unpleasant experience.

I was very disappointed in our stay. There was a dirty wash cloth in the shower when we arrived and the bathroom trash wasn’t emptied. The ice machine wasn’t working on one of the floors but wasn’t informed when we arrived. There was also no hot water one evening for our showers.

One bad thing. There was hair in the breakfast eggs. I pulled it out.

The staff listened to our concerns and were very empathetic. Our room smelled like weed had been smoked in it. We told the staff and they came to check our room, agreed they could smell the weed, and brought something to spray. After that, the smell persisted and we requested another room for a second time. They said they were full and we told them we would have to find another hotel if they could not find another room. They found another room. I appreciate them finding us a new room, but I did not appreciate that we spent close to 3 hours in a room that smelled terrible.
