Everything was great!
-
Nice well-maintained property. Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent and helpful staff. They were attentive to our needs and handled requests quickly and efficiently. The location was convenient with grocery stores and an excellent coffee shop nearby. We would stay here again.

Rooms are clean, AC is incredible, the building is new and in a great area with restaurants and shops. Although, a huge negative was the horrible water pressure. It took 20 mins to rinse off... It was baffling since the building is new.

This is probably one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in in the Ft. Worth area. Very clean, super helpful staff, and you're in walking distance of lots of cool places. Will definitely be staying again!
-
VERY clean. A/c worked great! Great location. Super good breakfast. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the flimsy pillows and mold in the chocolate milk. I brought it to the staff's attention and I was told they would let the kitchen staff know. No apology offered.

Well kept and the rooms were very comfortable. Not enough parking spaces. We had to park across the street and we had to pay for parking.

Location was nice. It was very clean. It was very spacious. It had great amenities. There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property

Great location, clean, and comfortable. Nothing
-
The gym is nothing more than a few pieces of cardio equipment, so something to keep in mind. The free laundry room is a massive plus
-
The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this facility in the future.

Stayed here traveling through with family. The 2 queen suite was great for our family, big kitchen area, bathroom and living area were great. Will be back!
-
Breakfast was fantastic, so fresh and a wonderful variety. The ladies who managed breakfast were so pleasant and hard working. The hotel was so clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved it!

The staff was fantastic--very helpful, warm and friendly, attentive to detail. Breakfast offered healthy choices (fresh berries, oatmeal, etc.). The suite was well-appointed with comfortable bed, sofa bed, desk, and kitchen. The location across from the restaurants in the shopping center were an asset as we didn't have a car throughout our 5-night stay. The fitness center was very function, clean, and useful. We very much enjoyed our stay. Just a few small items: there was no power to the window side's nightstand, thus the power sockets and USB ports didn't function. The bedside lights could be brighter for easier reading in bed. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be helpful. Compared to multi-night stays at other comparable "suite hotels," this one is a little pricey, especially with 20% extra in taxes and fees.
