The only thing I would change is finding a way for each room to receive a better wifi signal. I had an unstable WiFi connection the majority of the time & maybe it was my phone but I've never had a problem staying connected anywhere before

The property entrance was dirty and smelly. Went to our room and there was a cockroach as we entered. The hallway was dirty. Walked into our room and it smelled bad. Looked at the pullout bed and the mattress was stained and torn. Immediately contacted Expedia - no help from them. Went down to front desk and checked out. Expedia said they would contact us within 72 hours - it’s been more than that with nothing. Terrible experience! Would rather have slept in my car. We took pictures so will be contacting Expedia again to try get our money back. Won’t make the mistake of paying up front again. So surprised Expedia would allow a customer to book at this hotel!!

Staff was very accommodating and we were able to get into our room early. The room was comfortable. Nice variety at breakfast offered, although it closes at 9am during the week. I would recommend and we would stay here again.

We lost power during our stay(wasn’t storming) and my child found a knife in the pool
