Absolutely nothing The location outside of it did not look clean staff was rude when I called so I immediately CANCELED my reservations

Checked in to the first room and it was dirty still from the last person. Got a new room and she sheets felt wet. The ceiling was coming off in some spots.

Staff was super nice, property was clean, great location and pice was decent

The breakfast was nice. Good variety. Billie on the front desk the evening we arrived , having driven through the storms , was so kind and accommodating. We had a bathroom door ( rm 320) that didn’t operate properly .

Room smelled very strong like bleach and dog. I understand it was a room that was pet friendly, but I’ve stayed in many hotels that don’t smell. Do not recommend.

Solid, clean hotel. Staff were friendly.

Great location for grocery shopping, nice restaurants and family activities. The elevator had an awful odor. Not sure what the issue was but it smelled like maybe water settled under the floor, like a wet carpet.

I will stay there again. Please consider for breakfast foods every don't eat pork. Otherwise, it was a stay over for my husband and I! We enjoyed our stay. I liked that they had a drink bar with water, coffee set right up front, the near from office where visitors can have access to it. Thank you! That The on meat was pork, also Please fix the table bell hops, so whenever we bring our items back to the room and back down to the front.

The bedsheets were in good condition. The room itself had water damage on the ceiling, wall and floor (the floor was still wet). The room had a musty smell but the A/C worked which was great! The breakfast was good. The staff upon my arrival was "annoyed" since my son and myself arrived at different times. The staff upon departure did not change the cc to my card which caused issues upon arriving at home.

Room was clean enough but small and property is quite outdated.

Employees were both gracious and helpful. Room was clean. The air conditioner controls could have worked better. We woke up to water all over the bathroom floor out into the tiled entryway to the room. It appears the toilet pump stuck causing it to overflow. What looked like mold on the ceiling and above the shower. Repairs to the sheetrock on the bathroom ceiling poorly finished. The phone charger next to the bed and the outlet next to the bed did not work.
-
We saw mold on walls of the room and water leaking on the elevator. Front desk person was very helpful in able to cancel reservation.

It's in a convenient location to places we were going to. We have stayed here for years, so it's a comfortable place for us. The hotel is definitely getting older, and it was beginning to show. I thought I was dizzy at first, since the floor in our room on the 2nd floor seemed to be sinking some, and there was a definite leaning going from the bedroom area to the bathroom. There had been a lot of patching done on the wall near the bathtub. We had no wash rags in our room, but it was understandable when we asked that they had run short and were probably waiting on some to dry.
