The layout of suite. The amenities are great. It's my first time here. The front desk was not available for questions on how the process work. Not to spoil anything the was great.

I enjoyed my stay here it was just what I wanted

Room was spacious and clean

My trailer was broken into while it was parked in the hotel parking lot, and more than half of my inventory was stolen. The trailer was secured with a lock, but the thieves cut the lock with bolt cutters—not once, but twice. I was parked in the middle of a well-lit parking lot, yet the thieves were still able to break into my trailer. I was also informed that the property and parking lot do not have security camera surveillance. Another major concern was the lack of on-site management. Management is only available by phone, and when I was finally able to reach someone, I received very little assistance. I was told to call 911 and make a police report, which I was already planning to do. While making a police report was necessary, I expected more concern and assistance from hotel management following a serious security incident involving a guest's property. What concerns me even more is that, according to one of the hotel staff members, there have been multiple break-ins at the property and, according to that employee, little has been done to address the security concerns. I cannot independently verify the history of previous incidents, but hearing this from a staff member was very concerning. I understand that a hotel cannot prevent every criminal act, but guests should be made aware of known security concerns so they can make informed decisions ab

Overall a great stay

I had a great experience staying here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially with my late arrival, which I truly appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend staying here. I would happily stay again!

Stay was great, the only issue was that the luggage cart was broken so it made toting our luggage more difficult but otherwise loved the place!

No smoking areas for vapes or cigarettes. They have outside area they can but some chairs and trash bins to accommodate. Signs said no gatherings in courtyard . The courtyard was set up so nice and it was private, however if you wanted to invite some friends or maybe have family stay at same hotel they have posted signs that say no gatherings in courtyard. No shade in courtyard, it’s way to open for no shade. Spiders at elevator entrance overhead. Not enough toilet paper or basic supplies for cleaning, coffee, cooking (salt n pepper none in sight), I was fortunate that I packed some just incase. We had to clean our bathroom before using it!!!

The hotel was not as clean as it has been in the past when I’ve stayed there. The room was ok (shower curtain was a little moldy) and I didn’t think there were any glasses or forks until I thought to look in the dishwasher a few days into my stay. Hallways had a lot of dead bugs around and garbage piled up. I appreciate the improvements being made to the parking lot and the courtyard though.

I dont know if it could be helped but there was an odor in the elevator and sort of here and there im not sure if its the cleaner they use but its a strong ( pretty bad to me) scent. I held my breath a lot even in the room until I was able to spray a fresher. My partner didnt like it either but said he could tolerate it. Also I would warn about calling and asking about check in times. I confirmed my time on this app via message and then received a message day of, that because I was driving super new highways to me I couldn't read text messages while driving also text from a random number is getting ignored while im on vacation. Got there and no one was there to check me in at 6:00pm on a sunday they left before 3:30pm but because I had paid online they were very nice and left a key in a lockbox. I do have to say I was audibly frustrated to the girl on the emergency line. she was a champ and SO SO polite. Helped me get my key and it was a pleasant experience after that 100percent.

Loved the apartment stay. I was able to make meals with all the supplies they provided everything down to silverware. There is a trashcan under the sink in the kitchen. I know someone mentioned there was only a can in the bathroom. The courtyard is beautiful I love the turf. Didn't notice anyone smoking in the courtyard so it was nice. And there is a really nice shade area if you do smoke or have a pet who go out. Super friendly staff.
