The lady wouldn’t even allow early check in not even offer an extra fee and there wasn’t one vehicle in lot or a maid cart outside and she seemed to have attitude to me

There is no elevator or coffee pots

The bed was big Everything else. Including the ADA violation of them asking me for my service animals papers which,legally, they're not allowed to do.

Roof over head. Dead roaches in lights, stains and holes everywhere, cigarette burns in the cover, mold and hair in the fridge that was dirty. Did not feel safe or welcomed.

This was a very quiet peaceful place to be if needing rest. Being that there was a deposit needed and now still waiting for my refund from three days ago.

The toilet would not flush called the office and the guy came and checked it and it worked that time and not after, the bathtub did not drain has to call about that as well. We had a different room this role and don’t care for it. We like the other room better

The comfortable bed and the location and the quietness of the room. Remote control was not working right, think batteries were weak

Our stay at West Worth Inn and Suites was just as awesome as the 1st stay. The front desk staff is just super friendly and very efficient. This was our 2nd stay within a week. My only issue is they have smoking rooms but no ashtrays. That is my only complaint.
