If you have worked to do. Do not rely on their wifi. It is horrible and it cuts off every 10 to 15 minutes.

Breakfast was nice, great space for families.

The sofa bed shouldn’t be classified as a bed. Sleeping on it as a couch was a little better. It was spacious enough for four people. The one level was good for the dogs. If they renovate I would come back.

This this place has immature staff the fact that they allow a pervert to work. There is disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves and how they have treated the situation with no respect whatsoever or accountability and are very childish when it is a serious matter all those stuff need to be fired and I guess we’ll see how they handle the situation Monday on whether I involve the police and lawyers at this point because the sexual harassment I endured was traumatic and public accumulation I received from the staff from the front desk was not only appalling but unprofessional this kind of treatment is definitely going to leave a mental scare

Very satisfied with my two bedroom suite, especially since it actually had two bathrooms would definitely recommend.

Staff was very friendly, felt very safe and property was well lit! Pool was hot, I wondered about the filtering system or do they pump fresh water in idk! I did not receive daily room service. Not sure why so I had to get extra towels and coffee from front desk. If I would have asked they probably would have corrected it. I would stay again !!

GREAT HOTEL! GREAT LOCATION, GREAT AMENITIES, GREAT BREAKFAST...! GREAT EVERYTHING!

Parking was difficult some days. The only spots were at the other end of the property - the farthest point from our building. Trailers took up 5-7 parking spots. We were there 11 days, and the trailer didn't move for 6 days.

The breakfast was decent, had good amenities for kids- basketball court, pool, kitchen First walked in the musty smell was overwhelming, mold in the shower, the sofa bed was small and basically your were sleeping on springs (had to ask for extra blanket to add more cushion). We had two King Suite rooms (one smelled better then the other) now when we got to the other room it was not a King we called the front desk and told them it was not a King they basically said we were lying and all the King suites had King beds. So we took pictures to compare and we even showed the front desk so they know we weren’t lying. They said they would let the manager know but we all know that won’t happen or they won’t care. I would have asked to switch rooms but they said they were sold out at the time.

Hotel was a resort. Very family friendly property with court sports etc. The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect temperature and entertained and relaxed me and my kids for days. Staff is very helpful, friendly and managed the busyness of the property without missing a beat. The manager Mario was very emphatic to a stay mixup and went above and beyond in accommodating me and my family in a way that supported my situation. I am eternally grateful! Leaving was a challenge and I will always choose here first if my travels ever take me to Fountain Valley.

Everything was perfect until we went into the pool with our kids and there was a drunk making inappropriate comments staff took care of it called the cops but the cops didn’t do anything. Other than that it was perfect

Spacious rooms near freeway really nice and quiet and perfect for vacation with family

Room is spacious Not recommend and will not come back again. We booked a week of stay Sunday to Friday, checked in on Sunday the front seat showed us the location of the room and said nothing else. Called Monday morning to see if there is room service, front desk said not on daily basis but we can request, we picked up towels and tried to schedule a cleaning service same day, but nothing happened. Tuesday we were curious so I went to front desk in person to ask if we can get room cleaning service, front desk said it is too late they can not schedule. On Wednesday, I went to ask again, the front desk guy said it is scheduled for Thursday but I can pick up the towels first. I was a bit annoyed already, they called on Wednesday to confirm, we confirmed. On Thursday morning during breakfast, I asked again if there is room cleaning service since there were a bit of sand on the bed that we need cleaning. Front desk checked the computer and confirmed our room is scheduled for cleaning. 7pm when we get back, guess what, no room cleaning service since, so I was a bit annoyed and called the front desk, a different employee picked up and said to me ridiculously, he said we only stay for 5 days, NO CLEANING SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS WE STAY FOR 7 days. And he want to charge us $45 for the cleaning services which until this moment we got promised so many times that none of them mentioned anything like he said, and we are leaving on Friday and never plan to come back ever again. The whole communication is misleading, from one employee to another is telling all the different information and not respecting their words nor promises. Not respecting customers for sure and arrogant throughout the conversation. We did not asked for crazy service, we picked up all the towels needed and just asked if they could help us to clean the sand on the bed. This is a first time among hundreds of hotels we stayed and it is the worst service ever.

Breakfast was good The water in the showers dripped non stop

Pool is dirty with a lot of dried betel nut flowers and random trash bags and that I have to clean myself before they can swim.

The property and room was exactly what we needed. Would recommend and definitely would book again for the future.

Property was clean, staff was great but the internet was really horrible. Internet kept cutting off and so the TV kept going out.
