I loved that he let me check in a little early. I had a hell of a time getting to the rental car and the freeway was a nightmare. Welcome to LA. I got to my very spacious studio room. It's so big for the price. Nice kitchen, just what you need for leftovers, heat up food, and to make a few things. The room has a nice sofa, tables and chairs and vanity area to get ready. Nice big closet with hangers, last time there were no hangers. There's even an alarm clock. The breakfast area is awesome. Different milks, coffee, tea, pancake maker, muffins, bread, yogurt, eggs, last time there were hash browns, I didn't stay for breakfast, not sure. I did see sausages on people's plates. The area is safe. Right off the freeway.

Minor concerns: cheap plastic toilet seat that was loose, shower faucet that was hard to maneavor, flooring trimming was seperated and a hazard.

Room was nice in size! Bathroom needs more attention, the tub was ran down and needs to be replaced not just painted.

We enjoyed our stay! Staff very friendly! Breakfast was really good! Pancakes were amazing! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay there again!

Exceptional

I was very unhappy about that!! So then the guy says he’ll put us in the quiet part of the hotel. He put us next to the FREEWAY!! Also, when we booked the room for 9 days, WE WERE NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE $10 PER DAY PARKING FEE!! What’s up with that?! That was almost a deal breaker but it was too lake to book somewhere else. Also, there’s sketchy homeless people loitering around and this hotel has NO security! You would think that everyone paying $10 per day for parking would enable them to pay for security! There were people being loud and partying just outside my sister’s room and when she called the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything about it. This next one is not the hotel’s fault but there’s dog poop EVERYWHERE! Despite the fact that there’s poop bag dispensers all over, people just refuse to pick up after their dogs. I guess their mommies and daddies didn’t teach them properly. I will say that the breakfast was GREAT and I liked that they served till 9am on weekdays and 10am on weekends. Big thumbs up on that!

Rooms are very spacious. Shower had great pressure. Bed was a bit hard.
