Ayres Hotel Fountain Valley - Huntington Beach

We always stay at the Ayres, Fountain Valley when we travel to Orange County. We are very pleased with the hotel and customer service.

Room was nice, the entire floor had a musty smell. Could have used a couple extra pillows for the pullout. Overall, it was a comfortable, cost-effective, option before heading out on our cruise the next day. Parking included and continental breakfast was decent!

Traveled as a family of 3 . I had requested a crib if available during booking and it was ready when we checked into our room. We really appreciate that, traveling with a little one can be difficult but the stay was made it so easy and enjoyable. Will continue to stay here next time we visit the area. Super clean, and staff was very friendly.

Our room was very clean, the staff was helpful. Parking was easy and free. Location was easy to get to and the room was large, had everything we needed and I loved how big the tub/shower combination was. I will definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach. Close to Angel Stadium. Lots of nearby food options to choose from

The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast. The powdered eggs served made me sick. I think the Ayers has a good reputation and could do better. Breakfast. See above.

Nice, clean hotel, that is conveniently located with a nice outdoor area and pool. The staff are all great and are very kind and helpful. We’ve stayed here multiple times as a result and will likely stay here for future trips as well.

We stayed one night after spending the whole day at Hunington Beach. The hotel is nice for the price we paid. Very clean, comfy bed and sofa bed, refrigerator was a little bigger, breakfast was included and was delicious. We will definitely be back and definitely recommend it!

We’ve stayed at the Ayres several times over the last two years and have always had a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is great and the ladies there are always cooking and cleaning up. Even the butter is nicely arranged. Housekeeping does a good job in keeping the rooms clean and they are very respectful when we pass by them in the hall. Reception is awesome. Kudos to Dagyr and the rest of the team the night of 6/13 when we checked in. He greeted us and was kind in letting me talk about the NBA championship game that night—too bad San Antonio lost. We had another stay at the hotel a few days later and Dagyr remembered me—nice touch. The manager remembered me by our last name when we checked out as well. He was great in asking about our stay and answered my questions regarding the breakfast options that are sometimes available on Saturdays. I can tell he takes pride in the hotel and its staff. Great staff and hotel—thank you! All good!

We have stayed at this hotel over 6 times this year alone. Love it here. The staff is friendly and understanding. The hotel smells so clean as soon as you arrive. The rooms smell so nice and clean. The room is spacious and looks like new. Beds are very comfortable. The manager is a real nice guy. Always has a smile on his face. Having to leave.
