Instructions for the 3 shower handles would be helpful to avoid burning yourself etc, but the multiple shower heads were amazing. Also loved the jet tub in the suite but was difficult to keep it draining. The tub lights and wave feature were a nice surprise. Soap dispensers in room are hard to push and get soap out but loved the orange scent and quality of the shampoo, conditioner and soap. The splash village was terrific.

Very clean. Coffee maker in room. Couldn't find a safe. Hotel was great, but next-door folks let their kids yell up n down the hall and slam their door repeatedly. Not the hotels fault. Go on a week day instead of a Friday or Saturday night. I think it's over-prices, but we had a great time

I really appreciated the free coffee center. The pool and fun center were great my grandkids really loves the stay.

Only recommendation is to have a sign that there needs to be three people for the family raft ride.

So much to see & do! The location was great. Food available on site, and a variety of it! The “ balcony room” just had a massive open deck with a view of the wall of the next building! Not very private to have a morning coffee outdoors there.

It was good but we had a drunk woman banging on our door because she thought it was her room. This was at 3 am. Our kids were terrified. My only complaint which I know was not solely on the hotel but hopefully there can be things in place for these situations

The hotel was excellent. There are several pools and two hot tubs. The breakfast was reasonably priced and the food was good. The only draw back were the pillows for the beds they had. Good pillows just not to our liking.

Excellent place to stay. Fantastic place for children. Clean comfortable rooms. Great food. The staff are friendly and helpful. Jayden at the front desk went above and beyond to help Highly recommend this hotel!!
