Downfall really was the bathrooms were really Small and dated and no place to dry towels etc but you are barely in room anyway.

I'm from MI & grew up going to Frankenmuth... it was still amazing going back. Loved the hotel. Everyone was kind & helpful. Highly recommend!!!

We were impressed from arrival to departure. We stayed during off season, which helped make a great impression - lineups were minimal and the park was quiet. The hotel and waterpark are a grand vision well executed. The town is beautiful and incredibly easy to navigate (ample free parking).

This was an excellent experience! Room was good, restaurant was good (Oomas), Family Fun Center was awesome, Bavarian Blast was amazing! Value for the cost was perfect!

Everything was great! That place earned 110% rating. Especially the swim-up bar!

Staff was amazing, young man on the obstacle course/ rock climbing was super kind and helpful with my 10 year old daughter who was scared of heights. He was patient and helped her work through her anxiety until she reached the top. Not many people take that extra step a d it was nice to see and created a great experience for my daughter.

The rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly and always so helpful. The pool was amazing and so was the swim up bar! Such a fun addition to the trip.

Got a good deal thru Tictok! I have been watching for a low price! In love!!! Water is safe for my younger shorter kid and she was able to go on alot of slides. Older kid had a blast. I was not prepared budgeting for all the other non Waterpark things to do. The kids would have loved to do everything that was available. But just to do the Waterpark and nothing else was great. My older kid scrapped her heel and went to look at it and almost fainted. The staff rushed to her aide and helped get her feeling better. Later that day the staff saw us out exploring and came right over to check on her. Awesome job and thank you for remembering her. Thank you for the great time!

The property was in a great location. We could walk to most attractions. It was pretty loud in our room. It didn’t seem like there was much insulation against noise from other rooms or out in the hall. It’s a great place to bring kids so I guess just expect loud kids in the halls and rooms.

Location and kid friendly Extremely overpriced for what you get and room conditions. You can get a better value at other water parks.

Everything was good except checking in. Waiting hours to get the room is a little upsetting when we can’t get in until after 6pm. We arrived around 2pm. We were told 4pm max.
