Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Frankenmuth

The staff were great and the location was excellent. They were able to accommodate our request for two adjoining rooms, which was nice and we were able to check in early. One bathroom was nicer than the other. Ours could have used a few updates. Also, the pool area could use some cleaning behind the chairs. But the kids still loved it.

Everything was great! Breakfast was very good, room and all facilities were very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. A++++++ We loved our week stay here. Will go back

Very convenient. Easy walk to town. Very clean. The elevator was a little scary. It made wierd noises.

Breakfast and location and staff. Room smelled like a musty wet dirty towel. The toilet had the flushing power an uphill waterfall.

There was an issue and had to have key cards reprogrammed. Apparently it was everyone not just us.

The location. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not very good. The elevator made a grinding loud noise & there was only one. The tub did not drain when you showered.

Beds were very comfortable.. staff very nice .. good location and i liked that the sink was separate from the toilet and shower room Breakfast was ok .. wish it had like pancakes and fruit .. eggs were bland

The outside was lackluster for Frankenmuth. Weeds in the landscape, debris on the ground and parking lot. Not very well maintained. The pool area was ok. The tile flooring and the wall tile along the floor was dirty and scummy. Probably time for a cleaning. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special serving rubber sausage and pre-made eggs. If you're coming in the middle of the week and stay til Saturday, watch out for the rate gouge of another $100. During the week it is around $170 a night and then $254 on Friday and weekends. No additional services or additional amenities, just a greedy gouge because they can. Overall, I expected better from a Frankenmuth Hotel. I grew up in the area and know how important it is to uphold the image of a perstigeous property for tourism. I'd say Fairfield fell a little short of that expectation.

My husband and I spent the night here while taking a day trip to Frankenmuth. The hotel was conveniently located, easy to park and get out of, clean and nice. It was quiet and a nice small hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, even called our room to check and see if we needed anything which I thought was very nice! Good breakfast in the morning Hotel was very clean excellent location walkable distance within a lot of the shops. I wish there was more outdoor space to relax after a long day of shopping

The location was ideal. Located at one end of town, it offered both walking access to the shops and restaurants AND a quiet nights.
