it was very nice to have breakfast in the morning at the hotel, so you could get going with the day's activities sooner. There was nothing I didn't like.

We always enjoy the Marv Herzog Hotel. The staff is wonderful. We like everything. The music is a little tiresome, however we understand it's part of Marv's legacy.

Check in was smooth, room clean and comfortable. Charcuterie and drinks daily was a nice touch!

Walls are little thin but could have been the door between them. Snacks and drinks in the afternoon were a nice plus.

Location; patio; balconies; decor were all excellent! On-site breakfast, appetizers and drinks were a nice feature. Underground, convenient parking was a plus. The upper lock on our door was broken off, so anyone could open the door with a keycard. Didn’t notice it til bedtime, or would have requested new room. Switch on lamp on bedside table was broken. Only way to turn it on/off was by climbing down to floor level to unplug/plug it in.

The staff person for the breakfast on Friday morning Aug 7th should receive more training. We watched a few people check for eggs etc. and left or just have toast. We arrived and there was very little and no one was out checking. We made the best of it and after like 10 minutes she came out with plates and was surprised to see most warm food was empty. We have been there and know this is not the norm but you may have had a new guest and possibly say "never again". Saturday there was an awesome lady constantly checking and always asking to make sure everyone was cared for and happy. Just want you to be aware......you can't fix if you don't know.

very welcoming - drinks and snacks when we arrived. The veranda was very relaxing to start our stay. wonderful breakfast and sweet staff! needs new carpet - a few stains but still clean.

Everything about the property was outstanding. Being right in the heart of town. The large sitting area outside along with the view of the water. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very satisfying as well. The wife and I have agreed we will make this hotel our first choice everytime we go to Frankenmuth. We had a great stay.
