Location good. They did not have enough carts to move and carry your luggage. We had to carry our own.

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. Facilities were clean, staff was great they went above and beyond. The night shift lady blonde women was so great and helpful. She really made our stay fantastic.

Amazing hotel, very clean rooms, you can tell they take care of the whole hotel... smelled so fresh, beds were very comfortable loved staying the night here... keep up the amazing cleaning and maintenance

The room was big and had it's own pantry in it There was no safe to put my passport in.

Breakfast options included something for everyone in my family. From homemade waffles, build your own breakfast sandwiches, cold and hot cereal, bagels and yogurt, everyone was satisfied. There was no need to go out to breakfast which helps tremendously while on a family vacation. On Saturday when breakfast was busier, the staff was slow to refill empty breakfast items. My son got the last of the fruit loops and the milk was empty. He ate it dry which isn’t unusual for him. I also got the last of the waffle batter. The lady after me could only get half a cup of mix out. The orange juice also ran out on my husband. When we did go back in part ways through eating, these items were refilled. I feel it would help to refill items when they get low, not empty. Not a huge issue but it does slow everyone down when items run out.

Breakfast was included and it was good! They had egg bites, sausage patties, all kinds of toast, bagels, cereal, make your own waffles etc. definitely well worth it. If i had to nit pick something about our stay, I would just say that the pool was pretty chilly so it was hard to enjoy it for more than 20 mins. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!
