LOVED this place glad I found it we will stay here again loved the grill out doors, the firepit and layout. We need more of these in other cities...

Home 2 Home is our go to whenever we travel and this new hotel in Frankenmuth was amazing. Great location, lots of parking and beautiful room.

We enjoyed our stay. My husband usually hates hotel breakfast and was impressed with the egg bites and chicken sausages, he actually ate and was pleased

The staff was very helpful and very friendly! We definitely will be back for another stay!

The new building. It is too far from the main attractions and you have to drive your car to all the Main attractions and not within a Walking Distance .

The cleanliness and the newness of the hotel. Plus the location is within walking distance to Bronner’s and Zehnder’s Nothing. Loved it

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The facilities were so clean. Close to downtown but far enough away to be able to enjoy a little quieter surroundings.

Never and I mean Never Stay here. I have been charged 5 times now. I always book through hotel.com I booked my room and had the receipt at check in. I was told my card was declined which I could clearly see it was not since I could see the 2 charges and had the paid in full receipt. The night front desk lady was beyond rude and very loud as she kept repeating my card was declined. Then told me the rooms I booked were not even available. Then continued told me I could go somewhere else. I had already paid for my room and had paid in full receipt with confirmation number. At this point its 9 30 at night and we just want a room so we paid for the room with another card. She charged that card 3 times for the rate of the room. So not only did i pay for my original booking but then she charged my boa card 3 times. 2 charges of 10 deposit and 3 times at the nightly charge. I have never had a hotel clerk so disrespectful and so rude. She embarrassed me for a room I clearly paid for and am still charged for. Not once but a total of 5 charges between hotels.com & boa card. So how was my card declined? The manager apologized the next morning and said he would refund the charges but still not refunded or fixed. He also said this happens when ppl book through third parties alot. Beware...Would not allow me to show the pictures of charges (personal info & pricing) This place was New but very Plain nothing special about it.

I love Hiltons breakfasts and they are the first reason I stay. Second beds. Third the rooms are usually spacious and amazing showers.

Clean and like new No sound proofing! Can hear people walking overhead. People talking from other rooms and hall. TVs etc. surprising loud! Also drive thru in front is too narrow

Clean, roomy space with comfy beds. Variety of breakfast options and workout and pool facilities.

Comfortable. No children running in the hallway making noise. No late night noise. Nice size kitchenette.

Did not use kitchen amenities. Everything appeared very clean.

Every thing is perfect. From walking in the hotel , everyone that works there is warm and welcoming and friendly. I choose this hotel over the other ones in Frankenmuth ! The beds and pillows are like sleeping on a cotton ball. Soft and comfortable
