The room was clean and new looking. It has good restaurants, coffee shops and gift and clothing shops within walking distance. We were able to ride our bikes around town from the hotel.

Great location for a visit to Frankenmuth. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Staff was great, room was clean, and though the hotel was under renovation, we did not have any issues.

Shower curtain was ripped. Crumbs in pullout couch. Gym was REALLY small. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a strong musty smell. Location great!

Location was great. Walking distance to river shops...they were unique.walked everywhere... ..riverbelle boat cruise...covered bridge ..Zhanders..very clean little city..Bavarian themed very clean hotel and rooms...great staff.Great breakfast.

Requested an accessible room and when we arrived it had a tub in the bathroom, no way accessible!

Housekeeping nonexistent, room was not cleaned before we checked in (Front Desk had this rectified)

Able to get an early check in, which was very helpful for us! Front desk was very friendly! The hotel was located directly across from River Place Shops! Coffee machine was super nice, as was the breakfast area.

The beds were awful, the lift for the pool was broken so my daughter with cerebral palsy could not swim, and the room 216 had a disgusting smell. The rooms were not ready at 3.

Room was not clean. Drink rings on nightstands and hair in the slowly draining tub/shower.

There should be a dress code for breakfast several guests came down in pajamas and bare feet to eat. It was pretty gross very short shorts and body parts hanging out of the loose buttoned tops

The property is under construction. Our whole floor had people gutting out rooms. We had to walk thru blocked hallways. We should of been told this at check in. Location is great. Breakfast is basic to any of these hotels. It was a, quiet stay which was nice. Overall, mixed about this property.

My family has stayed here for many years. We love to visit Frankenmuth and this hotel allows us to walk to several restaurants and nearby shopping areas. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. And, rooms are clean and comfortable.

Great location within walking distance of so many shops and attractions in Frankenmuth. Easy to find, right off the main drag. Staff was all super friendly and helpful, from check-in, to housekeeping, to those running the breakfast stations. We were up for a softball tournament and this spot worked out perfectly. The whole team stayed and the lobby was perfect for us to have team meals together. We planned ahead and did a cookout in the back parking lot and setup the food in the eating area. Worked out so well, especially given we didn't know how we would make it work. To make things even better, they set up breakfast a little early for us 1 morning so the girls could get some hot food before heading to the field. Evenings were filled with the kids swimming in the pool while the parents hung out in the lobby. Hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Would happily stay here again the next time we are up in the area. Honestly, i have zero complaints for this hotel. I can usually find something that needs improving, but things went so smoothly during our stay that i honestly can't think of anything. Book a room here, you won't regret it.

They were in the process of remodeling the property for all we are staying there. Lotta noise, dirty hallways from carrying out drywall other rooms only one elevator always busy. Maybe they should’ve shut down for the renovations.
