The room was perfect, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast that was included was exceptional Nothing everything was perfect

Construction is going on so hallways can be a bit messy. Our room was all new and very clean. Breakfast was good and really liked the coffee machine you can also get coffee all day.

The room was clean, good breakfast. Within walking distance of everything. Beautifully land scaped.

It was a perfect walk to the village shops. A great place to stay.

Breakfast menu was fine. Air conditioning worked fine.

Place is a dump. First room they put us in had black mold over most of shower floor. Next room was grubby and everything looked very old. Place smells like a very old garage. When we asked for our money back, of course they couldn’t because we booked through Expedia. We specifically choose this place because of our experience at other Holiday Inn Express. Nope, big mistake, don’t stay here.

The regular staff were great though and the breakfast bar was very good. The general manager, tall guy with a shirt that didn't fit and his belly hanging out was a disgrace to everyone in the hospitality industry. How he got to that position is beyond me.

Construction work was being done on the 4th floor outside my door in the immediate area. My door was knocked on at 9:00am by maintenance. I went to go answer the door but it was unlocked by maintenance before I was able to answer the door which I felt was incorrect policy. Also the inside lock on the door was not correctly aligned. When I checked out I notified the front desk if that room was already remodeled that I don’t think it was inspected properly. There was definently some electrical issues with the outlet between the beds not working and how the microwave plug sticks halfway out and could shock someone. I was in room 422. Also the bathroom door rubs on the floor

The room was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly; however, there were a few extended times when no one was at the counter and there was no way to gain their attention. We had to move towards the opening to the back and yell to get a person's attention.

Very convenient location in Frankenmuth. Alexea at the front desk was very friendly and helpful every hotel would be lucky to have her working for them . The rooms were comfy and clean. The breakfast was very good I only wish they had a coffee maker in the room so I didn’t have to get fixed up to have my morning coffee

Suite was great, staff was super helpful, pool was perfect temperature, AC was CRISPY, breakfast variety was awesome, can't beat the location, absolutely no complaints.

Room had two king beds in it as I wanted a suite for my daughters wedding as we had alot of people coming from across the country, but the sofa and chair if you sat in the living room you sunk almost to the floor. So we couldn't use the living room. The beds were fine, but we had to all gather downstairs to talk. The people at the front desk were very nice, but the furniture needs to be updated.
