Super 8 by Wyndham Mokena/Frankfort /I-80

We enjoyed our stay even though the hotel was under renovation. We plan to stay again in the future as our plans will have us traveling there again

The property was convenient because it was right next to the wedding venue but we ran into complications. I arranged for two rooms that were supposed to be suites and they were not. The rooms weren’t available for checking in an we arrived later than usual after the check in time. So our room should have been cleaned and available. I was told over the phone that there was a common office area where we could meet and take photos and there was no such area. The staff were not very friendly unfortunately. This is a great hotel for a quick stay but I would not recommend it for vacationer's/leisure. The air conditioning was working overtime because it were freezing in the rooms like a doctors office but it’s good because the germ levels were handled.

The place was dirty they had guest smoking and drinking alcohol right out side the entrance. The breakfast was coffee and a honey bun in a package nothing the advertise was correct. Never plan on going back.

Room was clean, bathroom was set up for 2 we had 3 asked for extra had to go back the next day to get them myself. 2nd room had no towels and no shower curtain. Nearly fell off the toilet because set was so loose, ask for repair but they never came we left 3 nights later. Had a bed, had a shower, air conditioning worked but noisy.

Fairly clean. Updated bathroom. No ventilation and very smelly (whole property). Overall you get what you pay for.

The washroom door was folded/open as soon as we entered the room, and the room was not in proper condition. They said they could not find any other available rooms and asked us to pay an additional upgrade fee to get a different room. Since 3 check-in waiting for an available room till 10 nothing is cleaned

Very bad company no good service

I had just two issues, not an extra roll of toilet paper to be found, fortunately I always carry this with me because I just didn’t feel like going to the front desk. Also, the dresser drawers are dangerous. I was looking for a blanket and thought I would look in the dresser and one of the drawers nearly fell on my foot. That could’ve been very ugly. It’s very old furniture. I had one of my cats with me because she was having a dental surgery at Mokena Animal Clinic the next morning and I didn’t want to drive in in the morning. My kitty’s stay was fine; I kept her in a tent all night because I couldn’t risk her hiding someplace in the room. Unfortunately, I had to pay an extra $45 to keep her confined to a tent! I’m glad the hotel allows pets, but she wasn’t going to destroy anything being confined to a tent. I would stay there again if the occasion came up.

Nothing It was a mess. Woke up in bites, mattress was absolutely atrocious. Did not keep up with rooms no cleaning no new towels even when asked on 3 separate occasions.

Both the hotel and my room were clean, the bed was comfortable, and I was very happy with my stay. A big bonus is that there’s a Denny’s right across the street, where I had both dinner and breakfast. There’s also a shopping plaza just a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

Not something I would want to experience again

noise it kept us up most of the night. Breakfast is a joke. They offer package cinnamon rolls that were stale. Good Luck

Our only concern was there was a piece of wood under the picture next to the bed that fell off onto our pillows. But nobody got hurt. It was in the middle of the night. I thought it was my boyfriend‘s arm. The other thing was the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, and we had to ask for an extra towel and washcloth cause there was only one of each for the 2 of us.. that was fixed quickly !!And we only had a half a roll of toilet paper when we got there so we had to go downstairs and ask for anothe..other than that it was a great stay and very close to the music venue and met a bunch of great people.

No towels in the room at arrival and no towels left last full day. Blankets very thin Can't recommend

Air conditioning was loud. The place smelled like mold. Old musty. Hard bed. Bathroom semi clean. Took forever to check in. The whole place needs to be remodeled. Not worth the money

Air condition did not work, there was no shower curtain or towels. Room had a smell to it. Would never book that llade.wfw
