Portal air conditioning in rooms , the heat wasn’t working . The let out bed had dirty sheet in bed . The carpet was dirty and had stains on it . I told housekeeping the soap dispenser was empty and I thought they were going to change when they came into clean the room but they never cleaned room . I won’t stay there again

It had everything we needed, a pool, central location nice breakfast

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very helpful my TV remote didn’t work and then the one the guy gave me after that also didn’t work so then he just gave me the universal main remote and just asked me to please bring it back which was very nice of him. It did startle me when I heard pounding on my door at 10am while still in bed then the lady just opened the door while I was still in my jammies walking to the door, it scared me because I had no idea who it was, if the staff could yell ‘house keeping’ while knocking that would be really helpful because I’m not going to answer the door to someone knocking that I don’t know. If she would have said she was house keeping I would have just told her to come back later please.

It was a nice hotel. Had a good breakfast in the morning. Our room wasn’t stocked so there were no towels. Didn’t discover until already in the shower. Otherwise pleasant stay.

Staff was pleasant, that was about it. It’s an older property, bed is quite uncomfortable. There was no water pressure in the shower and the toilet kept running between flushes. They give you a note stating that housekeeping is only done every 3 days. We were there for 4 nights and housekeeping never came. 3 stars is probably generous, won’t be going again.

Room was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Received extra towels when needed and quickly. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was good. The 2nd floor had a wet odor smell like the carpet needed to be cleaned. Other than that overall stay was pleasant. Enjoyed the quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Would stay again.

The rooms could have been cleaned and presented better. Stains on the floors and carpet. This hotel was fine for a one night stay.

I had problems checking in and then them telling me that I had two reservations, which I did not just not a good experience

The staff was incredible, the front desk and in the kitchen.

Couldn’t check in our room until after 5 which was not ideal.

Parking was great. Breakfast was great. Room was nice although toilet was running and there was a bit of mold in the shower and I could smell it. The pool was too cold to not have a hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and it was a convenient location.

Nice stay! Clean rooms and property. Helpful staff. The only think I think that the hotel needs is safes in the room, more comfortable pillow top beds and better pillows,
