Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tinley Park, IL

Booked a room with my best friend & our daughters for a girls weekend. The rooms weren’t clean. Once checked in we had to request another room because the pull out couch in our room was literally falling apart smh. This was an inconvenience had to wait for the lady at front desk to come up & check us into a new room. So after bringing all of our belongings in we had to remove them & take to another room with two complaining girls. Second room wasn’t much better, but we were only staying one night & had itinerary to follow. Location convenient but… won’t be staying here again.

Room was pretty clean, there was a couple pieces of grass on the carpet and the carpet in general needs a good cleaning. Not bad overall but a little expensive for the condition of the building in my opinion.

Property was not to standard. Multiple areas were dirty. Room was not clean. Informed the front desk and was told they’ll get back to us. Never heard a word. Inside was damp and humid. Cleaning service was only every 3 days on a 3 day stay. Would not recommend for a multi day stay.

Not bad overall. Good location at 45 and 80. I stayed 4 nights and they did not clean or makeup my room. Two lousy towels for four nights. Showering twice daily in 94 heat with damp towels.

Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was large and beds were comfy. Hotel is run down and not clean. Not worth what we paid. I would have expected much nicer for the cost.

The staff were great but the microwave was broken the carpet had a bodge in it so we kept tripping the bed couch frame was broken so we had to have maintenance come help put it back after it was let out the pool closes at 8pm which is kinda early for adults and the coffee in the lobby was cold breakfast had a decent time but I got a orange from the fruit bowl and when I got upstairs I noticed it had mold on it also for a room that supposed to sleep 5 it only had a king bed and a let out couch and 2 dry towels and 2 wash cloths

Hotel was full of travel baseball and soccer families and the breakfast was kept full and hot.

The staff was very nice. Beds were awful but room clean. Carpeting in room and halls were stained and dirty.

Staff was friendly at check-in. It seems they may be understaffed in housekeeping. There were curly dark hairs on the floor of our bathroom. It also seemed as the guest were waiting for rooms to be clean to be able to check in and this was early in the evening. Common areas were clean enough. Breakfast was OK, but we still went out for a meal after having coffee and a yogurt. Again the staff was friendly but like everywhere seemed as if they could use a hand. Hairs on the floor were gross. That really gives me the heebie-jeebies.

Can’t get enough sleep 💤. Fire 🔥 alarm 🚨 was going on at 4:30 am. Have to run out of building with 2 little kids.

I’ve been booking here since my daughter was 2 I’ve had no problems I just booked here for June 23-24 2026 the staff was rude they had no customer service whatsoever the moment we walked in we were greeted with attitude the lady didn’t want to try to accommodate so she walked off and had a African American employee help us and she tried her best to accommodate us! The First Lady was following us around there were two parties going on in the hotel before I arrived she stated to me you guys don’t allow parties there were two parties she watched them walk in with all their gifts and party decorations we checked in at 6pm by the time we got settled in she told us the pool closed at 7 normally closes at 10-11pm! I had two suits with 4 kids because I had tracked confetti in the hallway and was charged extra for it and I asked why we were asked to leave the guy Van began to go back and forth with us for at least 45 mins very unprofessional he stated we came in aggressive and I would really like for the cameras to be reviewed I’ll never come here again I’ve been going to Indiana and that’s where I’ll stay The employees had no training no customer service and was just rude I’ve never seen an employee constantly going back and forth with a guest even while guest were walking in

The property was clean and well maintained. It was convenient to many nice restaurants in the area.

room was infested with ants. we moved in another room and it was not cleaned. however front desk staff was helpful

Isabel kept the breakfast room well-stocked with great food. She made everyone feel like special guests. We look forward to going there again

The staff was very nice and breakfast was great. My only issues were that the room carpet was dirty, it looked like gum was stuck to it and things were spilled on it and it was never cleaned. The remote for the tv barely worked, it was missing a back, and the tv kept losing its signal so I could barely watch it.
