The staff was extremely helpful and gave us good tips for places to eat.Also when I needed more towels and a Tylenol they provided for me. I felt at home with there kindness. The only things we disliked was the microwave wasn't working properly and when it.came.time for breakfast a lot of people including us had to.wait which i know its know ones fault because they were booked but we had to be somewhere and one of the reasons we choose this hotel was the complimentary breakfast

Room.were not ready at 6 pm. Staff was still cleaning, front desk assistant seemed confused and couldn't honor reservations as far as the number of beds

Reservation cancelled due to power outage. Never notified about cancellation. Left on our own to find a new hotel at our expense.

I booked through expedia and my reservation was canceled somehow the same day. I had to call customer service for the hotel to get this info. Expedia still showed my reservation as active. Trying to chat with an expedia agent yo let them know was terrible, they just ket saying, no your reservation is active and I told them the hotel was saying it was canceled. This was a terrible experience and I will never book through expedia again and never book with that hotel again as they didn't notify me at all the reservation was canceled, I had to chat with their customer service agents.

Everything about this location was great. When I get to a hotel, I feel the bed. Each time Holiday Inn always get it just right. The beds are great. With a good bed to sleep in, that makes everything else feel better.

The room was clean at arrival, we stayed 4 nights, the breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly, the only bad thing i have to say is the last day, the cleaning staff did not stop to clean our room or leave us clean towels, it was late when we got back so we didnt ask for clean ones. overall i do recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good. Room and bed were very comfortable. Bathroom needs some attention. Shower needs replacing.
