The young woman that checked us in was very friendly and kind. She was very knowledgeable about the area as well. The room was spectacular! Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The room itself was large with 2 beds, a couch, and sitting chair. The bathroom was well lit and large as well. I have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels. This one is well maintained with friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it. Oh! I can’t forget the amazing continental breakfast!

It took 30 minutes to check in and the room still wasn’t available until over an hour past check in time. When a room became available no staff informed me that my room was ready.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything from the rooms to the breakfast to the staff were amazing. I will definitely be coming back!

This site did not have rooms ready for any people staying for the concert at the nearby amphitheater. Another guest had mentioned the same thing happened the previous Sunday also.

I would not recommend this facility. We had to wait thirty minutes to check in. The bathrooms and carpets were dirty. There was evidence of bed bugs. The rooms were only cleaned 50% of the time. The only good qualities were the location and parking. Breakfast was passable.

My family and I stayed at this facility in a total of three rooms over periods ranging from three to five nights. We had to wait thirty minutes to check in. The carpets and bathrooms were dirty. Our rooms were cleaned for only 50% of the time. I am almost positive that my daughter and I were bitten by bed bugs. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Overall the place is decent - but this was a huge inconvenience (Which happens) for us since we had dinner reservations at 6:30pm after traveling all day from VA.
