Staff was good

Bed bugs!!!! Had to shave my sons head he was bit all over his head legs and arms

The room was large and beds were comfortable We were made to wait in the lobby for hours making us late to our event. Then we found out people who checked in after us were being allowed into rooms prior to us just because they went up to the staff at the desk and asked while we waited patiently. I was then asked to pay for my stay AGAIN and for an even larger amount than I originally paid. I thankfully caught it, but then the staff had to have a 15 minute conversation with their manager to make it right in their system delaying us even further. No information was given about the delay. The lobby was very hot and uncomfortable as lots of other guests were also made to wait.

About 8 minutes from the Tinley Park Ampitheater! And roughly 8-10 minutes from tons of restaurants and grocery stores plus shopping centers! Clean room and right off of the main roads!

We arrived at 3:00 pm but still had to wait almost 40 minutes for our room to be ready.

Nice and convenient location for concerts! Rooms were clean and staff was great! Love that they are dog friendly, worked out great for my dog and I.

My bathroom shower was filthy. So much so I took pictures the mold growth that was shocking. That means those areas haven’t been cleaned in months. So that means nothing else is being cleaned well. The staff were of no help and rude. The room key to unlock the back door didn’t work for most of the guests. The bedding was sliding off of the mattress before I even got in the bed. Pillows wre flat flat flat and only a thin blanket. No comforter. I’ve stayed at other Hiltons all over the US. The Hilton Garden Inn in Chicago Tinley Park, IL is by far one the worst.

The room had ants crawling around, mostly on the bathroom floor. The shower was not very clean and had a musky smell.

With the price I paid for the room charging for parking in a public lot shared with Texas Roadhouse is outrageous and I will not stay at again.

The pool was out of order, which the reason I chose to stay with my two young daughters. We also received face towels with stains. Lobby was clean but some of the furniture looked worn.

This place was just meh. Wondering why it has so many "exceptional" ratings because it's in desperate need of an upgrade. Things seem fine on the surface but look closer. Our shower seemed fine until you see the underside of the shelves and see mildew. Loose tile and cracked grout on the kitchen area. Very hard beds. "Eco" AC but that just means it shuts off if it detects no movement, so be prepared for a hot room when you return. It was fine for a couple days but found myself wishing I was at my last hotel.

Highly recommend this place. The staff were amazing. Especially Daveda. We were there with our Baseball traveling team. She was so welcoming and made our day. A lot of fun. This facility was very clean. The staff were all amazing. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice room, very clean & bed was comfortable to sleep in. That breakfast was not included in price of stay. There should be at least two towels per person.
