Everything was okay

The room looked nothing like the photo. Yes, there was a bed, a couch, and a whirlpool. The queen bed was accessible only from the bottom and one side. The couch was a tiny little black leather thing with no bedding provided. And turning off the overhead lights turned off all but one half of one outlet in the room, which meant the tiny cube fridge (smaller than the one pictured) was also turned off all night. No safe, no microwave, no table with chairs, and the two drawers in the dresser were broken and unusable. When I brought all of this up to the front desk staff, they were aware and said all the rooms where like that. I cannot in good faith recommend this property.

Smooth check-in, easy to find good location. This hotel is very dated. Upon arrival, there were no towels in our room no facial tissue and the ice bucket did not have a lid. I don’t know how the TV stand was holding itself up. It was falling apart and should not be in any hotel room! Clearly it had extreme water damage on the bottom and front . There was also several holes in the wall, a big wooden piece of contact paper covering something on the bathroom door and two gray vinyl random floor tiles stuck to the white bathroom wall . The mattresses are extremely hard and I could not sleep. The linens are awful. I think the blanket was older than I am. It was thin and disgusting. They should not have charged as much as they did for our room it is not up to par. On the positive side. The air-conditioning worked well ,we were affected by a power outage for four days so we were able to catch up on news ,charge electronics and enjoy some air-conditioning but I would not return to this location. It is very rundown and looks like it’s held together by some duct tape and a prayer.

The water pressure was very, very low, tub was cracked, Drain plug was broke. Bed was very uncomfortable, lumpy, The bed blanket looked like it was about 30 years old and thin. my wife was cold all night. The pillows were, well not worth using. Do not waste your time with this place. Could tell a lot of construction works used it.

No towels, beds were so high we had to jump into it! That's a first. Bare bones room. Carpet has burn spots.

No microwave in room

The property was OK for the price. I just think that the upkeep could’ve been a little better. We checked in well after three and there were no towels in the room. I had to go to the desk and just a little outdated.

Easy access from the freeway. I didn’t research it bit was astonished at the $45/night pet fee and the $250 deposit for a pet. This motel needs an update, new furniture and blankets. The one I had had three large bleach stains.

There is no pool and I did not expect that those were the breakfast they serve in the property so we need to go out and buy breakfast outside. There is no housekeeping who cleaned the room daily while we are gone just to keep up the room.

Room was really clean as well as bathroom. Asked for Xtra pillow and towels no issues at all

Room seemed clean, but needed maintenance. The carpet needed replacement and th dresser drawers were unworkable. Also, no towels provided. I had to get them at the front desk.

Cheap price, but the room wasn’t very comfortable. Could hear people partying outside room. Didn’t sleep well

Very noisy & not comforting

Front desk check in was extremely slow, took 30min to get check in. I had the deluxe room and the table was broken and missing a leg. Also one of the dresser drawers was broken as well. I ask the from desk clerk for a replacement table but they told me no and did not have an extra table for replacement. Also they knew about the broken table and drawers and told me I will not get charge for the damages. I don’t think I will be returning back to this hotel.

The room was very nice and comfortable

Needs updating. Bathroom had lots of cracks. Breakfast was not ideal.

Carpet is very old,and very dirty. My white socks were a medium Grey in no time at all.

We told the manager the night of the stay, and he said he thought it was fixed and had no new rooms to offer… I spoke to the owner the next morning, and he offered to do NOTHING about it. Just said he didn’t know what was causing it and a plumber would be in two days after our visit (which isn’t helpful at all). I was told if I wanted a refund to go to this website, which I found even more unprofessional. I do not recommend this motel.

Aged ... but overall ... a decent night's sleep.
