The bedding looked dingy old and thin. Alot of water was on the floor around the air conditioner. I did tell the front desk. The person came and mopped it up but the water still came back. It created a big puddle on the floor. I didn't have a good experience. When I checked in, the staff was not friendly or welcoming.

The room was clean, but smelled like celery seed the whole time I was there. The AC filter probably needs to be changed.

When I first got to the property there were people in the front drinking beers and smoking cigarettes. Once I entered the building the smell was so bad I couldn’t breathe. When I entered my room I found bugs in the bathroom and on the counter top

The location. I was close to my event and there are lots of stores and restaurants close by. I did not appreciate the $150 deposit. The room was only $218. The hotel is outdated and dirty and it stinks. The pictures online are photo shopped it looks nothing like that. It’s giving the super 8 a bad reputation. There was no breakfast it was just coffee and milk. I had to ask for towels and tissue. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the tub. The carpet was so dirty I never let my feet or socks touch the floor. The bed was on a metal frame with no box spring. It made noises every time you go up or sat down.

Location was good. Room, needs to be cleaner- carpeting was very DIRTY! White socks were medium gray, only a hr walking on carpet in room.

The sheets didn’t even fit the bed that was so tall we could hardly get into it. Trashy and unsafe. We had to cut our trip short. I will never be back.

The staff were rude and seemed very uninterested in their job. The carpet in the room was filthy and shower was dingy.

Good enough for an overnight for a show at Tinley park. Easy access to the venue.

The room i ordered was for a queen bed had a double. Only 1 pillow for 2 people. No microwave. Didn't tell anyone there was a 150 dollar deposit when checking in.

Everyone was very nice and helpful !!! I was very happy and it was nice after having a rough day .

I did miss the free breakfast. You were doing some remodeling or repairs to that area not sure
