Hyatt House Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs

Recently booked 2 rooms and was very happy with the location, staff, amenities and hotel. Very clean. Excellent full breakfast. Walkable to restaurants and Whole Foods. Enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast was amazing and the room was exceptional clean.

We stayed for a night. This was perfect for my little family.

Stayed in this hotel 2 years in a row. Love it here. Frankin is fantastic. Great hotel and staff. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Large suite with plenty of room for 3 ladies getting ready for a wedding. Comfortable beds.

The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good and staff was pleasant.

Was suppose to have two queen beds. When we checked in was told that there was not any rooms available and that we had a king bed. We had three people with us. It was a terrible experience and will not stay there again.

We had two rooms for 7 travelers. The first group arrived & checked in around 9 pm & discovered the toilet continuously running an hour later and would not flush. The front desk was contacted and offered to move to a different room. This was with a baby and all their luggage at 11 pm at night. The front desk made no offer to discount the cost of the room which is not acceptable given the significant inconvenience of packing up and moving rooms with a young baby.

The hotel is very nice clean breakfast was delicious it’s very convenient area plenty restaurants to choose from highly recommended

Everything from a clean room to friendly staff to Breakfast and even happy hour was spot on definitely worth the stay.

The complementary breakfast was delish. Pool & patio… Awesome !! Also the nightly prices.

Overall a great experience. However, 2 of the coffee cups and one spoon in the room had been previously used and not thoroughly cleaned. There was lipstick on one coffee cup and coffee residue in the other. The spoon looked as if someone had licked it off and put it back in the drawer. Other than that the beds were amazing! We slept like rocks that night. The breakfast was great the next day though more fresh fruit options would be nice.
