Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Franklin

Loved it

We checked in at 10pm and the staff was happy to help us and very kind. Room was clean and breakfast was good for a complementary bugfet breatfast.

The rooms, hot tub and pool, front lobby are excellent. The complimentary foods and drinks provided went above and beyond expectations. Wonderful stay!

The place was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was the tub drain didn’t work properly and shower pull was really hard to pull up. My boyfriend fixed it the best he could for our use.

Amazing property, clean, well maintained, so many amenities. The best hotel breakfast I’ve ever encountered. Friendly staff, tastefully decorated upscale hotel. I will be add Drury Plaza Inn to my list of must stay properties when traveling in the future. Highly recommend.

Drury was beyond of what we expected. Very clean, courteous staff and excellent amenities which included a breakfast and a greeting snack/drink reception each day. Would definitely stay there again if/when we travel back to the Nashville/Franklin area.

Very helpful front desk staff. Very clean rooms. Great breakfast, but would like to see some fresh sliced fruit/yogurt/granola options.

This is a very attractive and well maintained Drury property. It is nice that it is outside busy Nashville and only takes about 30 minutes to get to the Grand Ole Opry and downtown Nashville. There are many conveniences within minutes from the hotel—Walmart and Costco, and beautiful historic downtown Franklin is 10-15 minutes away. We recommend going into Franklin to find some lovely places to eat if you don’t want the busy Nashville scene. The staff was attentive and breakfast and the “kick back” were both inviting with plentiful food. We arrived at noon but our room was earlier and the kind staff was more than happy to check us in.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was so nice. There was a water station to fill bottles which was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Everything was very nice but we couldn’t get our room cool enough. Called down and they said they’d try to fix it from the main computer. That either didn’t happen or didn’t work. It wasn’t miserable in the room but definitely not as cool as we like it. We’d definitely stay here again but if we had the same issue, I’d push it more with the front desk
