The rooms were small. I stayed in a king room. I asked for new towels and the trash to be changed and neither were done. I was disappointed.

This hotel was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every moment we were there. The staff was great, especially Rhonda at the front desk. She was so helpful, checking us in, answering all our questions about the area and just being so kind and courteous.

Tru in Franklin was a very nice place to stay. The room was spacious and quiet, even though there was a soccer team and a travel baseball team staying there! The shower pressure was very good and the bed was comfortable. We would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.
