Tru by Hilton Franklin Cool Springs Nashville

This was one of our favorite hotels we have stayed at in a while! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

Everything was great except it being a little loud sometimes from other guest going down the hallway.

Great location. Property had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

This was the first time our family stayed at a Tru hotel. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, helpful staff, bathroom products, and great breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Franklin.

We have stayed here several times and will again in the future. Clean rooms and pleasant staff in a safe neighborhood.

I really liked this updated hotel. My room was very clean and the bed comfy. I appreciated the offerings of eggs, sausage and pancakes as well as many other options. I also appreciated them having almond milk. We used the water and ice to fill our water bottles which was helpful. I would stay there again!

Loved the free breakfast with a variety of selections. And the free coffee and tea is great. Also enjoyed the nice fitness room with top notch equipment. My favorite part was the alarm clock in the room. I want to easily be able to see the time in the middle of the night and set an alarm. Also, the multiple hooks in the rooms to hang things up on were very useful. And staff were all friendly and inviting. Plus, the room was reasonably priced!

I booked this Room at the last minute and everything went smoothly. Staff was very nice and they had a good rate for the night. Lobby is very nice also.

Enjoyed our stay.

It was perfect for an overnight, with Whole Foods, shops, and restaurants either a short walk or drive away.

Location was good. Nice variety of foods. The hard boiled eggs were almost impossible to peel.

A little disappointed in comparison to other Hilton hotels.

Great gym!!

We had reservations for 2 rooms and upon arrival we were told we booked only 1 room. After presenting our printed copy of our itinerary the staff member worked it out. Obviously the hotel overbooked. But it worked out in the end. The gentleman who helped us was very nice about the situation

Our stay was lovely! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The decor was very nice, both in the rooms and hallways and lobby. While I was waiting for the rest of my party I visited the spacious lobby area and enjoyed relaxing in the hanging basket chairs at the front window. So comfortable! We loved the information boards opposite the elevators on the first floor. There were several boards that posted local attractions, upcoming events, shopping and dining options, etc. They were great! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
