Hotel was a great place to stay and amenities were great would recommend to anyone staying in Tennessee

Everything was real nice, rooms were clean as well as the lobby area. Staff was very help, and breakfast was prompt.

Only complaint is the water pressure other than that the stay was great, bed was comfortable, could use a large blanket on the bed width wise. Good stay. Staff was very helpful for the fireworks on july 4th.

It was easy off interstate and very nice and convenient

The staff was very kind. My friend and I had a change in plans thanks to the weather, so we wanted to go on a tour downtown the day we checked out. The staff allowed us to keep our luggage in the office, so it didn’t have to stay in the car. It was very helpful! Thank you!

You have to go to the lobby to get hot water/drinks. Pillows were flat, one of them was lumpy making sleep difficult.

The facility was exceptionally clean the staff, including the housekeepers were exceptional. The service was exceptional. I would recommend it to anyone.

We were promised a room cleaning and the bathroom was cleaned but beds were not made. Not a big deal though, we were only there two nights.

We spent over an hour trying to reach staff when our smoke alarm started beeping at 1230am. No one was at the desk and no one answered the phone. After getting up and going to the desk, an employee finally came out from the break room and moved us to a new room. While that was a bad experience, they did immediately offer us a full refund and they were very apologetic and respectful, which was very much appreciated.

Breakfast was yummy! Really liked the soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Breakfast was alright for the most part I think Waffle station would have been better than automatic pancake maker

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. Thanks for making it such a great stay!

Somewhat difficult to find, but friendly front desk in large lobby. Clean, well maintained and quiet rooms with excellent lighting. Hot breakfast above average. Excellent value.

No pool was not there. Play area in lobby to enjoy family time.

Great location. Pet Friendly. Dog walking area adjacent.
