Quality Inn Franklin - Cool Springs Area

Disliked: Desk clerk when I arrived wasn’t cheerful. I felt like I was a problem for him. Ice machine ran out of ice so I had to go to a gas station and buy a bag. Commode front had poop spots on it from I don’t know who or when. Refrigerator was iced up thick and needed defrosting so my ice bags thawed out for my insulin. Not good. No perks like lower costs deals. Could not park in front of my room due to handicap parking spaces there. Someone else parked in one handicapped space with no handicapped sticker on or in the vehicle.

Smelly. Filth. Cigarettes and dog smell embedded into carpets.

That said, the breakfast was a bright spot. I tried the sausage & gravy with biscuits, and it was genuinely delicious. For a one-night stay, the breakfast made the experience much more enjoyable.

The main entrance of the hotel was clean parking lot, clean, quiet overall nice comfortable rooms, but the bed was a little hard other than that I will return and would recommend

Location It could have been cleaner. The flat sheet had blood stains & the white down comforter was stained bad. Possibly for pets or small kids. They replaced with new/clean as soon as i requested

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The stay was very enjoyable.

No pool or hot tub. But pet friendly and provided a downstairs for convenience. The parking lot was difficult to leave in out of. When going to concert or eating.

The hotel was great The booking.com process was horrible. Bookings credit card was declined over and over so I had to pay a second time at the hotel.

Great location and breakfast. The place is outdated, and the bathroom was moldy, and the shower wouldn't drain.

Need to have meat with hot breakfast.

The afternoon and evening manager was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was good and appreciated. The bed was comfortable. The room had more plugs for all the electronics I have to use than any place I have stayed in before. Overall, it was comfortable and served mt needs. I thought the bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet paper holder was on the floor in the corner. The counter had spots on it.
